Update to @Bell "amazing" DSL internet. Home line was ported out in January to @TELUS. bell system didn't realize this for 3 months. Cut our service today. Profile has to be rebuilt for dry loop. 1st thing I said to bell tech was "this is dry loop" save me @SpaceXStarlink

@Bell_Support is there any problem with calling? Specifically, can non-Bell users connect with Bell-numbers at this time?

@Bell you dug on my property without my permission & knocked out my current internet with Rogers. Now I can’t work from home & need to take time from work to have Rogers come fix what you did. What do you intend to do about this?

@maureensmith232 @KTinnovate @Bell_Support Oh, I've already switched; I had to wait for them to admit to their errors in writing first so that I wasn't breaching the old contract.

@Rogers Wanted to upgrade internet. Hooked up modem fine, then told there's a problem that they'd fix in 24hrs. 24hrs later called back. Nothing was done and then told to wait another 24-48 hours for fix. It's now over 48 hours more and no fix. #done #cancelled time for @Bell

@Bell thinking about getting rid of my cable thru bell. @DIYNetwork changed their format here in Canada and it's awful now. @HISTORY haven't updated their shows in years. Seems I am not getting what I need for the money that's spent.

It amazes me how every 3 months our DSL has an issue. wires have been in the ground since 1979. They haven't improved anything and in a few months I'll be getting 50x the speeds from @SpaceXStarlink while @Bell can't stretch a cable 50m across a road to serve me

But @Bell still has the best customer service of all big companies. But their cable isn't what it was. Mostly because channels like @DIYNetwork change and not for the better. For one example. Was great...now....@DIYNetwork has to go. Awful programming.
