    @lisagcorey @Bell Am going through the same thing after bell scammed me into a fake offer and their own executive team purposely delayed responding to my issue until the deadline (to cancel penalty free) to let me know I need a waybill that now takes days to process to mail back my stuff. #frauds

    @Bell_Support correction the last rep was lucky 13…the rep who can’t transfer after she forced me to tell her why. 11 stories later..she refuses. Guess she doesn’t want to get her kinfolk in trouble

    Did anyone else sign a three-year "Fixed Monthly Charge" internet contract with @Bell and notice a rate increase this month? The @Bell_Support team told me to read my contract, "subject to rate increase" is in the fine print. The @crtc is letting us down 😪 #canada #internet
