    @Bell_Support is your network down for mobility in the South Penticton area? In general the service is is horrible but now it’s gone.

    Been trying to make cell calls but nothing is getting out even though signal strength is adequate in Penticton BC. I’m using Bell services unsuccessfully. Imagine if there was a real crisis! 😬 @Bell_Support

    @Highteaspeaks @Bell Watch out for the monthly offers in your mail box in a neat white envelope. I’ve never seen a company so relentless after they’ve lost all their goodwill.

    @CoryJudson It IS absolutely about the principle. Plus they know that most people either don't notice or give up. So don't! We had a problem with @Bell back in 2017 where they misbilled us every month we were with them. Then we sent the equipment back. Canada Post said to keep the receipt.

    @Bell My mom had a landline forever. We insisted she keep it for safety. When the tornado ripped through her neighbourhood and she lost power for multiple days, we could always reach her by phone. She had to switch to VOIP- no choice. Now, half the time her line doesn't work.

    @Bell THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE/SATISFACTION EVER! Same ongoing issue for over a year now with same NONE resolution from you!! DISGUSTING!! Time to move on!!

    @CoryJudson @Bell @Rogers I was having issues with Bell. They were finally resolved but I had mention to the Bell rep that i had investigated the option of switching to Rogers as they gave me a great offer. The Bell rep basically told me to go ahead and take the Rogers offer

    @Highteaspeaks @Bell If you have a Costco membership card , you can check out any Fido or Roger’s stand in Costco. Most times they offer good deals. I was able to cut mine down from around 85 or so to 40$ tax included.

    Ok @Bell Do u actually have service in Lucan Ontario? Someone was waiting ALL DAY for you to come as per the appointment to set up television etc..!!!! Unable to get a proper response from phone staff. “Someone to call tomorrow”!!! 🙄😡
