    Been trying to make cell calls but nothing is getting out even though signal strength is adequate in Penticton BC. I’m using Bell services unsuccessfully. Imagine if there was a real crisis! 😬 @Bell_Support

    @Bell_Support is your network down for mobility in the South Penticton area? In general the service is is horrible but now it’s gone.

    @Bell_Support Absolutely terrible customer service today and everyday since November. Cable cut, temp cable put in and never buried. Today tech wanted to upsell from home phone service instead. You're about to permanently loose a 45 year customer. But hey, ya don't care.

    @Bell_Support No thank you! Dealing with your “support” is the most stressful thing I’ve ever dealt with and I can’t go through it again. You stole money from me and you’re ruining my credit.

    @Diana_fierce1 @Jennjo22 @Bell I had that problem trying to cancel my wifi. They still sent out a bill for three more months of new charges. Always an excuse when I called in, empty promises and poor performance.

    @Bell_Support Nah my @eastlink interweb works great! Lets me use my bell phone at least to send sms.. i have tried contacting you guys about this.. nothing ever changes… i am in the provinces 2nd or 3 rd largest town, and i cant even get one bar of service anywhere.
