@Bell_Support Accepted offer and cancelled new order/returned modem from other provider.Called bell after 5 days only to hear that modem upgrade order did not go through due to technical glitch. How were you able to stop my account cancellation, no technical issues with that? 2/2

@Bell internet has to be just about the shittiest #ISP in Canada. Technician came at 8am when he was supposed to come into the afternoon. Said we were **** outta luck so we spent all day setting up a dumbass 6x6x16 Woden pole in the ground (not cheep)... Reply continues

@Scott_Gilmore @Bell Canadian providers have some of the highest profit margins in the world. The only solution is to regulate maximum profits, and force them to internally invest and/or return obscene profits to the customer. It’s done in many industries b2b. $800 a year for service is ridiculous.

@Bell_Support For anyone wondering about Fibe service, after going into DMs and getting several promise dates or 7 weeks that came and went without once addressing my exposed wires, the customer support team has stopped replying to me. But we knew that on May 31st. LET'S TALK BELL

@Scott_Gilmore Had both a @bell plan and 🇬🇧 plans at the same time. $65 Canadian for 20GB unlimited/unlimited verses $20 in the UK for same thing. The statements Canadian providers make about more area to cover is crap. Larger bases require more capacity in their infrastructure.

@Bell What the heck is the matter with the Fibe reception? It's sucks! My PVR continously goes down at the worst times when my family can finally sit together to watch TV! So frustrating!

@Bell your cell service outside of the city has been so terrible the last month or so. I work in a small town usually have no issues with Spotify or audible but the last month or 2 so terrible. Even sometimes in city so slow.
