    @bell I’ve been without services home internet and tv (Fibe) since Wed…I can’t understand why there isn’t a mobile hotspot device that can be provided to me while your company resolves your issue! I was told that my services will be up at 9pm today but the new eta is tmr at 5pm

    @Bell_Support all my services down. Total nightmare as I work from home. Call Bell support and after expl. why I called in THEY TRY TO UPSELL ME before helping. After failing to upsell me, only then do they transfer to tech support who I have to start from scratch with.

    @dancemonkey73 @ericxlive @Bell bell doesn't give a ****, its cheaper to deal with clients that ***** about it than to stop because of the millions they make overcharging to ppl who don't verify, like i said its your time every month to sort it out or move on to some place else where they don't waste your time.

    @smnc @Bell @Netflix_CA Is this a uniquely Bell problem? When I was with Rogers we had an ipv6 address and it hardly ever (or never) changed. But Bell is stuck in ipv4 land and we get new ip address all the time.

    No closer to a resolution. @Bell this is terrible. This definitely makes me not want to be a customer if this is how I am gonna get treated. I am very disappointed and angry that this is how I’ve been treated.

    @dancemonkey73 @Bell Yes!!! Been dealing with them since Nov on a move and they CANNOT get it right!! Still charging us for service at a house we no longer live at and that depends on equipment I returned 2 months ago. At my wit’s end.
