    @Bell_Support I would love to be able to do the schoolwork I've been assigned for uni but have been the reach around by your support about appointments they reschedule for the better part of 2 weeks now. Do y'all just hire people with brain damage or does that come as a perk???

    Dear @Bell When I suspend service for a lost phone, calls should go to voicemail, not a message "number out of service". Please fix this.

    Hey @Bell how can you not cancel my account and have a ticket opened when we already confirmed that it was to be cancelled on Sept 12. This is completely unacceptable. You are still charging me for something I am not using.
