@Bell_Support Hello again, last Thursday I contacted you about unlocking my Iphone. I was told to wait for instructions email from apple but that didn't happen. In fact apple's website states that only the carrier can unlock the phone. Am I missing something here. Please help.

If you have Ubiquiti gear and are thinking about using @Bell Canada Fibe, forget about it. Does not work and the double NAT has no fix as their stupid HB3000 router has no bridge mode. Garbage.
