Hey, @Bell_Support , why is our Bell FIBE down again...it happens at least once a week. Went down here in TO about 1.5 hours ago. Very frustrating to have such unreliable service. When will service be restored?

@Bell I contacted you to request my service connection fee be waived, and was advised by an agent named Anne EZ76611 to simply not pay the bill because next month you will send me an updated 'final bill' with this service charge waived as I cancelled my account within 7 days ->
