Hey @RogersHelps why charge customers $10 to swap for an eSIM? I just rejoined your network and it’s crap like this that got me to switch providers originally. @Bell never charged me for this kind of thing. And I could switch online or over the phone too.

@LuckyMobileCan @Bell Your lucky mobile agent disconnected the line on me once I asked to speak to a manager. This is not the first time your agents have been rude on the phone. All I’m trying to do is transfer a sim.

@Bell_Support I just did, and was told to contact tech support. I'm trying to use your chat but clearly the connection you're providing isn't stable enough. I don't have time to call right now and walk through 'resetting my modem'.🙄 I guess this is my problem until I can find time to do that.

@Bell Wifi is terrible. I need to hard-wire my laptop to the router for works.

@RdKean @Bell I'd argue that this is literally false advertising. High speeds do not mean low latency, those are two entirely different things. Not to mention games use so little bandwidth you'd still have no problems playing practically anything on a 20/5 aDSL connection.

Idiot Bell Fibe installer chose to idle and block a stop sign. When he finally moved on after two requests, he moved to block the left lane beside another of their trucks parked under a fire lane sign. (There are 3 open parking spot 2 m off the lane.) @Bell this is your issue.

@Lib_Canuk @seburnt @Bell Why would the TTC permit every telecom company to build a network in the tunnels? Why should passengers have to suffer from delays due to 4 different maintenance teams servicing identical equipment? Big three value separate networks because it lets them justify high phone bills
