@Bell is a yucky biz for so many reasons, and the catfishing they do when u cancel their service is next level. In 1 chat: i was proposed customer service, escalated dept, Loyalty, and resolutions dept. Only to be told “i cant cancel your service”. @Bell_Support uhh no u dont

  • DonorBone BoneDonor (@DonorBone) reported

@Bell_Support I don’t want an increased data plan. I already pay you crooks enough money. But if a guy needs an extra gig or two until the end of the cycle he should be able to do that. WE pay YOU for a service and we do not get our money’s worth. Not even close.

@Bell You are the worst corporation I have ever dealt with, you hold a monopoly on our town and force us to pay upwards of $100 for sub 10MB speeds sub 1 in my case. **** you and your horrendous business practices. Like calling standard net fibe and charging fibe prices 🖕🏻

@Bell_Support when are you going to provide cell service to highway 360 in Nfld? Two accidents recently and no cell service. One death in one. Two injuries in the other. Tower is already there. You just need to rent space.

@Bell_Support I am trying to help my senior parents in the Maritimes look into switching dad to a prepaid phone plan as he only uses cell for emergencies. Getting a hold of someone is extremely frustration for me let alone them. Help!! BTW 1-888-537-9999 is useless

  • karaaellexo karaa (@karaaellexo) reported

@Bell when am I going to get the internet I so desperately need that I keep being told by your employees is “coming”? They’re trying to update my tv package-I’m about to cancel. I’ll just order dvds 💩

  • AntiMarketingTO Brett (@AntiMarketingTO) reported

@Bell_Support I ordered an “Orbi” turbo hub from bell mobility, sent me a defective one so I send it back, now they are telling me the ‘process’ to check it in takes 3-4 weeks. Gave the option between sending me a new one or cancelling, and they chose to cancel. I was shocked
