    @Bell_Support Customer support hasn’t helped in the past. I suspect that because it mostly happens at night (when no one else is using the internet) that there is some bandwidth throttling going on. I refuse to pay the rental for the boosters when I pay for the best possible internet anyways..

    @Bell, I need help to remove or cancel a couple of what you refer as Add-Ons for my cell phone and tablet. The instructions for removal are non-existant.
