@Bell I'm extremely dissatisfied with the ongoing network issues since December and poor customer service. My support tickets #989409 were mishandled, and I was told there's no timeline for resolution. Why am I being charged $400 to cancel due to Bell's service failure?

@Starlink Where is your call centre based? Is it filled with foreign workers from India like @bell who are bigoted and don’t want to hire white, black and Chinese Canadians? Will I be greeted with a foreign accent and receive subpar service if I call?

@Bell Why is it impossible to get even basic customer service from #Bell? Dealing with you is exhausting - you’ve traded service for greed and no longer deserve to be in business. Bell has become an epic failure in customer service. Shameful.

@Bell I’m on a 3Gig fiber network but the performance is close to DSL. Lots of issues. I’m in North Ajax. I’m using a back up Roger’s account to send this message as the Bell network just shows a loading screen. Please help. I’m also noticing people doing poured concrete landscaping and are digging up the fiber lines. Location decourcey and Hanaway - Near Taunton and Middlecote

@Bell - How is it that I can literally see your huge sign on the side of the Canadian Tire Center (a result of your major sponsorship aka "Club Bell" in the CTC) from just across the 417 while talking on a Android on the Bell network to someone on an iPhone also on the Bell network with horrible reception and multiple dropped calls. Less than a kilometer from an NHL arena? That Carp Rd / Richardson Side Rd / Terry Fox Rd corridor is awful on the Bell network. It's been months of the same frustration as I am in that area daily.

@Bell I have been without internet for 5 days, and I have already received 7 service interruption emails. Each time I call customer service, I am told the issue will be resolved “tomorrow.” When I asked why Bell has no backup plan, I was told I should prepare one myself.
