@jodyvance @Bell_Support Most of the time now I start with Twitter for support. It’s amazing how quickly they try to help when you mention there name in a tweet. It’s much faster then Phone support in most situations. The other big scam that is worse is scammers that Port your cell number away.

@Bell The new Fibe internet is horrible. Been a customer for 3 weeks on 1.5GB package. Everyday I get different speeds from 100 to 600MBs. It affects everything in the house.

@Bell Today I had a really bad experience with bell customer service. I connected with an agent about 8:15 pm after waiting for more than an hour and at end of our talk she transferred my call to other agent without solving my problem and she didn’t even tell me.
