@Bell_Support I've been a Bell customer since I got my first phone. I pay over $70/month for 3G of data, and I could get 20G for $50 with Rogers, and UNLIMITED for $75. I also can't add a single G of data with my plan when I'm over. Is there a reason I should stay with Bell?
Hello @Bell and @Bell_Support. I've just had the worst customer service experience of my life. I would like you to DM me with number where I can call someone who is serious about and capable of fixing a problem on my cellular account that you created.
@Bell_Support Yourtechiniians have not been trained. I called an outside technician who fixed the problem in 15 mins. I spoke to several Bell techies for several but none new what to do.

@Bell_Support Nah my @eastlink interweb works great! Lets me use my bell phone at least to send sms.. i have tried contacting you guys about this.. nothing ever changes… i am in the provinces 2nd or 3 rd largest town, and i cant even get one bar of service anywhere.
