@Bell_Support Bell Fibe is down in Candiac, Quebec, phones, internet and TV. I’m trying to reach support at bell, I’ve been on hold for 30 min. Can we know what is going on and when it is going to come back? There are ppl working from home here.

One would think that a telecom provider would have monitoring tools in place to detect a systemic outage. Instead @Bell_Support treats all customer outage reports from MTL and the surrounding area as unique cases... @Bell keeps showing their poor network management practices.

@Bell_Support Hi Bell Canada, I am using bell fibe internet. I have made several attempts with Customer Service team to resolve issue related to promotional offer that was applied to my account. At the end the two years cycle, I ended up paying more than what was offered to me.

@Bell_Support You have all the information in your CRM about who is affected by this outage. Why is it that customers have to seek this information on Twitter instead of receiving updates via email/text messages?

@bell my mom passed away, l’m dealing with a lot, you cancel my home phone and not my moms phone number in her long term care home! I waiting for the funeral home to call, family etc. I think I’m dealing with enough & now I’m on hold trying get my # connected!!! 😤
