@JoshScavern @Bell Very true. It took over 30 minutes today to cancel a simple service.

@Bell_Support you ask me to call you back and then put me on hold - 25 mins and counting…great service

  • Michaelkroll Michael Kroll (@Michaelkroll) reported

Wow! @telusmobility can’t do address changes over the phone; waited an hour to speak with someone & told I have to do that! Can’t wait to change over to @Bell or @Rogers. “Telus’ world of technology” can’t process an address change, lol. They make you do that. #fail #servicefail

@Bell_Support No thanks. I'll go direct to HQ. My experience via your Twitter DM support has been terrible. Just thought you might have some sort of general update on the status of the towers.

Dear @Bell @Bell_Support . I know you're working as hard as you can to restore service in Eastern Ontario, but could send your customers a quick text or email to let us know when and for how long loss of service will be? You spam me all the time, so i know you have my contact.

  • Dolphin6208 🇨🇦 Dolphin 🎱 (@Dolphin6208) reported

@Rogers @RogersHelps What is going on with the service interruptions? I'm paying a lot of money for this service to work properly! Find a permanent solution quickly or I'll take my money over to @Bell

  • RezUncle Uncle Rez (@RezUncle) reported

@Rogers Once a week between 2-3am my internet connection goes down... moving to @Bell

  • marketwizardimg Illigitimi Non Carborandum (@marketwizardimg) reported

@Bell_Support you guys have a real issue. I'm closing my small company as I've gone out of business. I tried to talk to you about a way for us to cancel the service at a reasonable cost. Your people have told me bankruptcy is the only way to break the contract. That seems stupid.

  • JerryDaponte Jerry Da Ponte (@JerryDaponte) reported

@Bell How about fix your home phone lines to give proper service to your customers

  • kamaratoffolo Kamara Toffolo (@kamaratoffolo) reported

@Bell_Support any plans to actually repair whatever damage the cell towers in Ottawa experienced during the #poweroutage? Every phone call has crap reception. I've been having to call my clients as close as Toronto on WhatsApp which is beyond absurd.
