    @Bell How can it take 9 months for someone from Bell to trim a tree in wires at my house. After numerous calls told this morning that they won’t trim it until it affects my services. Great customer service there. Glad we don’t get much wind 🤔

    @Bell why would it take up to 48 hours to have someone come out to check out what the problem is with your phone line or to make an appt? Really? 48 hours to have someone call me to make an appt? Incredible.

    @Bell_Support I was expecting at least to get a fair service. While selling me your service you guys were great. After sale service is very poor and my issue is not solved. This is unfortunate and unprofessional

    @Bell_Support hello. Chatted in last night with tech support due to no service. They transferred me to Tier 2 where no one picked up after quite some time. Hoping to get this issue solved without starting square one.
