@March4Wildlife @Bell @Bell_Support The thing is...they should have an INTERNAL mechanism for when people get stuck between silos or the customer issue is unresolved. Their front line just passes me to different units like a hot potato. No continuity of record b/w silos. Everyone says no mgr. Till today but waiting

@Bell_Support a classic corporate mentality! Couldn't able to call the customer service on Saturday 10:30 and they says "we are closed" despite saying we're open 9-5 on Saturdays. Absolutely terrible service and their agents change words and gives false information! Cheaters

@Bell worst service. Put three people onto a plan. Sent me a brand new phone that glitches. Sent back June 30th and no one can tell me when I’m getting a phone I’m already paying for.
