So our @Rogers technician from Intek Communications pulled out the connection to our @Bell services today and decided to drive off. Problem solved right? Definitely no way that created a new problem... Thanks bud.

@bell I appreciate how hard customer service is; it’s only made harder with a huge lag bc it’s on other side of globe from Toronto & made so much less pleasant when having 2 repeat same issues 6 times, not get a clear answer & then get hung up on after asking 4 employee’s name/#

@Bell_Support our internet service has been up and down for two days now, multiple phone calls and no solution, person on the phone gets it going for a half hour and then back down again. We are beyond frustrated.
