Jancey-Lu Ballantyne (@JanceyLu) reported@Reil76 @Bell We just had an issue with Bell. Lost service during a storm. Called, told us we needed a new router. Went to the store. They couldn't find our account in their system. Odd. They can always find us when it's time to pay. 3 trips to Bell before we got the router. Still no internet.

🇨🇦Wayne🇨🇦 (@Reil76) reported@sunnydriver1970 @Bell About 3000k sqft. And for some reason they installed it all downstairs. But it’s been there the whole time and only being an issue now.

Powel Cuber (@CuberPowel) reported@Reil76 @Bell Similar story with Bell. They refused to help me, even though I was spending $500 a month with them. Then I went to Rogers and had my numbers ported. A day later, Bell was calling me at least once a day for three weeks, bending over backwards to resolve my issue and get me back.

CDN_Karma (@cdn_karma) reported@z_haus @Bell I have AI call answer. Never deal with spam calls as a result. Freedom wireless is where it is at if you want to save money, (as long as you live in a region with it) Rogers uses 3rd party call centers in India and other nations as well. While charging you premium prices.
