Just a wee reminder for anyone who may have forgot: @Bell is absolutely one of the worst companies on the planet. Just total garbage.

@Bell_Support CC, I have already been on with support this morning before I tweeted. They have no update. Your company is charging for overages as per my original tweet. New low for Bell imo.

@Bell_Support I’ve had internet and phone line issues since Ap 19. One 24H period, 57 interrupts. Made 8 calls to technical auto, had ~5 tech visits. Your Area Supervisor James Hawkins refuses to answer my calm voicemails. What gives? #Bell_Service #Bell_Complaints #Bell_Support

  • MarkyB04019844 Marky_B (@MarkyB04019844) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell Well I’ve had interrupts and outages since 2016 which have recently got persistent and more frequent. 10 tech visits in 2022. 40.8V AC on my phone line this AM as measured by Bell. But still NO Resolution or call backs. #Shameful

@muinabit @Bell @Bell_News I thought I was going crazy but bell Fibe TV app hasn't worked for 2 days now for me either... what crap service! And no announcement from their Twitter On the outage.

@Bell_Support could you please clarify for many-is the Government mandated lower income pricing for basic wifi still in effect and how do people access such pricing and service in Ontario-there is confusion from Bell reps-but too many are still without basic service!

Heads up. We received an email supposedly from @Bell today letting us know they couldn’t process our payment due to security issues and we are to select an alternate payment method by clicking a link. We checked our statement and no issues as payment had been paid. #Scam

  • arkade_arak arkade (@arkade_arak) reported

@LeFortniteJesu1 @Bell 5mbps would make sense, however, 5gbps is the fastest internet offered in Canada and isn’t available for most residential homes. Therefore it wouldn’t apply to this scenario. Could you please elaborate on what I’m not understanding? Not trying to be rude.

Cell phone contracts should be tied to battery life. Can't wait to pay $17/month for my 9 month old S21! lol @Bell_Support (fix your cell towers)
