@Bell when bell's internet outage ruined your all daytime today and because you didn`t have internet, you have no idea about their notification via E-MAIL which needs an internet connection to get information.

  • gent_cheryle Cheryle Gent (@gent_cheryle) reported

@loribolender @Bell_Support @Bell We didn’t even get to see that. Even though Bell Customer Support tweeted that the issue was resolved we continued to get the black out error message for the rest of the game. Got the same message for the Buffalo game.

@Bell_Support Then it shouldn't say the game is on the guide at all with these restrictions. Very misleading and confusing for costumers. Now I have to go back and cancel these Channels.

  • ajquann2003 AJ Quann (@ajquann2003) reported

Wish I never went with @Rogers @RogersHelps. I’m a student on student aid, and turns out Rogers bills in advance and I wasn’t notified. Now I have a bill of $312, which is a LOT of money for a student. Should have went with @Bell.

  • MissBSL Karen (@MissBSL) reported

@Bell_Support I know you’re response will be “send us your current device in order for us to send you the new one” I’ve contacted everyone and no one will help me. Why would you be any different?

  • TKD2U Morons'R'Us (@TKD2U) reported

  • gdholtby Geoff (@gdholtby) reported

@Bell Hey @Bell, do you actually have an advertising program that allows companies to have random calls to out-of-service numbers re-directed to them? That seems messed up.
