Dear @Bell: Why do you always value getting new customers instead of keeping the ones you have? I brought over $190/mon in mobility to you while I was a TV/Internet customer and now to get the best internet deal I have to go somewhere else. So frustrating.

@Bell_Support you guys never do, you just try to upsell me a worse deal. this garbage quality is by design. would you be happy to pay this much for this kind of service though? let me guess, you won't respond to me just like every other employee that ignores this question. 🥰

@J_Ko__ @Kimburly22 @Bell_Support Finally got it to connect. It was just a smart plug for my Christmas tree. Easier than trying to get in behind it to reach the cord..lol. It was connected all along and than I stupidly changed the network name and had to reconnect everything and this was the one hold out.

@Bell_Support any outage to report in the Kitchener/Waterloo/Cambridge area? My phone hasn't been able to find your network since 430pm. I have a 9 month pregnant wife who can't get a hold of me and no one is helping

@Bell Why doesn't Bell put some effort into killing robocalls about the CRA and Service Canada. They are all Bell assigned numbers issued daily.

@Kimburly22 @J_Ko__ @Bell_Support That's interesting. Thanks! I've never had to do it before but since moving into this house it asks me to connect to the 2.4 everytime. Maybe because the Hub is in the basement, I wonder? I'll call Support when I get a chance. Just hard to find the time right now.

@J_Ko__ @Bell_Support That's only for when it's not working...and it's my first try always...lol. This is working but I should be able to switch between the 2.4 and 5 networks. No idea why but most apps need 2.4 ghz

@Bell wow, after years of being a customer and generating a lot of good will with excellent internet on fibre you burned it all down. I cancelled some of my services I wasn't using but you also cancelled my internet.
