    @Bell_Support why is internet down 3 times this past week in Acton? We’ve spent about 6 hours on phone with support and 2 trips to replace a modem that likely wasn’t this issue. This is beyond unreliable. And frustrating.

    Well going on 3 weeks of no internet from @Bell_Support I call them at least 1-2 times a day. They say they'll call back, they never do.
