@RogersHelps I feel like it was some technicians who were in charge of bandwidth that fixed it. Like what happened was my data stopped working and my @Bell wifi DSL was oddly slow max speed I got was 100kbps/5mbps download the upload speed seemed fine due to it already being 800kpbs max.

  • jordanmackinnon Jordan MacKinnon (@jordanmackinnon) reported from Saugeen Shores, Ontario

@francesgreek1 @Bell_Support I’ve had nothing but good experiences with them myself…Rogers on the other hand, never again…

  • StephenPunwasi Stephen Punwasi 🌋 🚀 (@StephenPunwasi) reported

@jgreenlee_mtg @daniel_foch @Bell haha. I was going to say going into the Source is apparently the fastest way to get minor issues fixed with Bell (from a Bell employee). Sounds like it might be a bigger issue though. Just tell them you're doing the trouble shooting, and then they'll be like "we'll send a tech"

  • HEMIvik 🌻V!K🌻 (@HEMIvik) reported

@DavidShawn6488 @francesgreek1 @Bell_Support Rogers is terrible and apparently still is. Bell gives great service, never a problem or hassle if I need something. For that kind of service I don’t mind paying a bit more.

  • TheVexMilkman zuka (@TheVexMilkman) reported

@Bell I have fibre optics and the best package available to home users and I still get packet loss daily on call of duty. Now perhaps that’s their servers but your claim to never getting packet loss is false.

  • EagleClaw32 EagleClaw (@EagleClaw32) reported

@Bell_Support @Scoofy25 Yah how about sending a tech out to hook up his gaming device hardwired like he asked, wake ******** up bell
