There appears to be a @bell network outage in Saugeen Shores. Some stores have lost debit/credit services, all cell phones on Bell towers have no service.

@RogersHelps I feel like it was some technicians who were in charge of bandwidth that fixed it. Like what happened was my data stopped working and my @Bell wifi DSL was oddly slow max speed I got was 100kbps/5mbps download the upload speed seemed fine due to it already being 800kpbs max.

@ChrisBard12 @Bell @Bell_Support Tbh from what I've gathered after 25 calls in 3 days, they havent told their technicians/ phone support reps whats really going on... So there's a broken communication wall directly at the line of defence for dealing with customers.. As a result, theyve all said different things.

@Bell When are you going to connect everyone with fast internet in remote areas in the Laurentians? You installed the Fibe in some areas close to us, then stopped and we never saw you again. Trudeau promised that all of us would have it by 2022 and with COVID it has become urgent

4 days it took to get our internet/cable fixed. 4 days. if we didn't call 45 times+ just to get a tech who would show up (they wouldn't send one prior btw because of the "area outage", which apparently doesnt even exist), and I took the word of @Bell_Support , i'd have no job rn

Bell Canada has failed me again. I accept the save offer but, they still cancelled my service. What kind of business are you guys running? I should have said NO and continued with the Rogers offer. @Bell_Support
