@RogersHelps I feel like it was some technicians who were in charge of bandwidth that fixed it. Like what happened was my data stopped working and my @Bell wifi DSL was oddly slow max speed I got was 100kbps/5mbps download the upload speed seemed fine due to it already being 800kpbs max.

@Bell_Support No DMs.... Talk in public about why you insist on using something as stupid and archaic as Hold Music in this, the 21st Century.

@Bell_Support not sure why but my internet allows me to load all webpages and watch videos etc, the only thing that does not work is I cannot play any online games. It’s multiple games across multiple devices that are not working.

Dear @Bell it goes to show you that you would have and should have left some pay phones across the city/country after the Rogers fiasco last month. Hearing how colleagues struggled to get home or get a ride when the systems were down sounded pretty harrowing.

On Hold music ?? Really? @Bell Isn't this the 21st Century? How about your Tech Support calls ME back instead of putting me on hold, instead of droning the worst of computer generated noise at me....

@Bell_Support I already DM'd last night, and was told "rest assured" Bell is working on it, but it isn't an "official" outage. Do you have anything else for me? Cause I just want the Fibe app back. I don't need another run-around.
