@Chr155y_333 @Bell Psychological warfare is well put I agree / Employees do the best they can with the short amount of time they have to help any customer. Bell makes major money on mistakes its a major source of revenue for them & when employees try to fix them they are threatened on the job

@Bell @Bell_Support me and my husband have made 12 called to various bell numbers to try to add my cell phone to our home bill. Spent hours on the phone with no solution!!! Been disconnected numerous times with no call backs, no response and no empowerment to solve by CSRs.

Also while I'm on the subject of trash @Bell is awful. I've been a customer for over 20 years and my internet has been out for almost a week. No followup and every one of their policies make me not want to be a customer anymore. Pandemic, Christmas and no Internet. Thanks Bell
