@RogersHelps my sister was on the phone with a sales rep of yours and he hung up on her. your sales rep was extremely rude, difficult and unprofessional. you’re losing another customer to @Bell. you need to train your employees better.

@Bell Also when Bell was on my street 2 or so years back took them 2 months of noise to install the fibe system. I never knew of the introcciut labour that was involved.

@Bell typical Canadian monopoly. Have people pay for a service that doesn’t deliver…then have them pay monthly for an “add on” that doesn’t work. Only possible in a monopolistic environment where competition is non-existent. This is why our economy has to rely on RE. 🙄

@Bell Dear @Bell, let me get this straight: I am already paying you $130/month for a HomeHub 2000 router on your Fibe network. The WiFi doesn't cover my entire tiny 850 square foot apartment. Now you want me to pay you an extra $10/mo to prop up this ****** product?

@Bell So I downgraded from the more expensive better package to the good package expecting a lower bill. But guess what, I ended up paying almost $6.00 more. WtF Bell, shouldn't I be paying less, not more. Always the ripoff company. Somethings never change with you.
