Just spent 50min arguing 100$ roaming charges out of US while being the entire time in Canada. We can give you: 25%, then 50%, then 75% then 80% discount. No, you give us 100% return, we pay for service in Canada and that’s where we are. All good now. @Bell_Support do better.

@Bell i want to cancel my overpriced service for one great reason.lazy graphic designers or cheap billion dollar companies wont change their software design menus. great speed finally & a garbage 1990’s tv menu that doesnt work and is crap for 2022. shame on you, amazon & others.

@Bell_Support 21 minutes later and.... NO reply to me Dm that was sent 😕 🙄 Is this how Bell customers are treated with 30 hours of calls for getting over billed 1 month later with no refund of the over charges and no one to resolve the issue ? Hope to hear back asap before I proceed.
