HorseShoe Hillbilly (@HorseShoeHillby) reported@Travisdhanraj @Bell @Telus is just as bad. Tried to cancel my landline, wasted hours of my life with no results. Quit paying the bill, finally they cancelled and sent a final invoice, paid that and haven't done business with telus since.

Richard Berry (@rlberryyogi) reportedPretty Deplorable that you log into your @CraveTVHelp account, search and find your desired movie. Start it up, only to have it in French... English version only available with an upgraded subscription tier. Might be time to look elsewhere from my @Bell satellite service.

Kimberly (@broddy83) reported@Reil76 @Bell They are the worst. Had issues with my fibre receiver always going out and needing to reboot. Called tech and their response was, well it’s working now so what’s the problem. Escalated and gave 20+ dates/ times of issue and they finally sent new receiver.
