This after being a consistent customer with @Bell @Bell_Support for 10 years, we get treated this way. I thought we were suppose to help each other through this tough time? I guess it doesn’t matter when you live in an oligopoly, and can push your customer around #supportlocal

So @Bell_Support is unlike any of the others .. pay more for less ? 50mbps vs 500mbps is more 💰 but probly worse service than I had before 🤔 Fibe ? @bellcanadalies has not impressed... and I can sign on a better $ plan on their own website for what I have?

@Bell garbage telephone support team guys. She didn't give me her name, was audibly *****, and when we tried to get more data she fast-talked through extra **** we didn't want and tried to swindle us out of $100+/month because of it. #CustomerService #hell

@Bell_Support But not sorry enough to actually provide support. Your words don’t mean much. Your customer support people had ample opportunity to help but did nothing. No need to DM, I’m happy to see your response here for all potential customers to see. #supportsmallbusiness #endmonopolies

@Bell_Support We always always start with a reboot - no joy. Figured it might be a wider issue given the dramatic thunderstorm in the middle of the night.

Good job @Bell. Over 60 minutes on hold, transferred to *6* different CS reps. And my call has been disconnected twice. I've spent nearly 3 hours trying to sort out an issue. I'm thinking you don't really want me as a customer anymore... #badcustomerservice #bellmobility
