Well interesting that @Bell_Aliant / @Bell_Support loyalty tells my sister to not call any more when she’s been 8 months attempting to solve her issue. She purchased same promo bundle as myself when Fibe became available & pays about $50 more.

@Bell, you’ve done it again. You never fail to amaze me how terrible of service I can receive from you. It’s not bad enough to get slow/no speed, but your terrible customer service has me at a loss of words. 15+ years of my loyalty means nothing at all

@JaceActually @Bell This happened to me too. I paid my final bill and apparently I had $23 dollars unpaid, of which they told me nothing about. No call, no email. Went to collections and I spent literal hours on the phone with them. They did NOTHING to help. Be aware anyone who cancels Bell. 🤬🤬🤬
