    @CrowFavBird @Bell_Support Telus did the same thing to us last year… the people on the phone don’t understand their lost customer won’t have “future needs” for phone and internet.

    @MattWalshBlog Cell coverage was better in 2009. Calls drop all over now even just outside major cities. It’s terrible service in Canada and we pay the highest fees. @Rogers @Bell

    @Bell We are three weeks in and still no phone service at our office. The company that lays claim to the invention of the telephone can’t make it work. Now they are threatening a $500 cancellation penalty for a service they did not and could not deliver. Call us at 905-52G-ALLO?

    @Bell_Support our business internet has been down since Friday. Support is saying it’s a bad update to the modem. No solutions have been provided and we’re still down.
