Bell Canada Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

@Bell_Support I called. They were unable to help. Bell takes care of new customers much better than they take care of loyal, decades-long, customers. Reel them in. Raise the rates! Very disappointing.

  • davidbarritt69 David Barritt (@davidbarritt69) reported

@Bell_Support What an absolute joke your service is.

  • montrealdesign Bobby 🍁 (@montrealdesign) reported

6 days w/ no power & of course, @bell_support's Internet doesn't work when power does return.. it's like a series of connection nightmares. Love to see if I'll be charged for the week w/ no service. I'm not gonna say anything - just sue them after. #BellLetsTalk #garbageService

  • kaitlynlee08 Kaitlyn (@kaitlynlee08) reported

@muinabit @Bell @Bell_News I thought I was going crazy but bell Fibe TV app hasn't worked for 2 days now for me either... what crap service! And no announcement from their Twitter On the outage.

  • SayF8945 SayF8945 (@SayF8945) reported

@Bell Canada home phone serivce is the worst since the storm last Saturday. Electricity is almost restored to thousands of customers while @Bell is not able to restore a home phone line.

  • Tgtabarnak Brendawise (@Tgtabarnak) reported

@Bell_Support Bell, fix your **** please. I can't get decent internet on my phone, disconnects every 30 seconds. I'm gonna switch

  • xNyyksi Nyyksi (@xNyyksi) reported

@Bell If you guys ever bring this service to east side of Toronto, I would switch so fast. But you guys dont so Im stuck with crappy 1gbps(Rogers) or 50mbps(Bell)

  • GretaGabo1 Sharon (@GretaGabo1) reported

@Bell Your customer service/sales is the worst. New customer seeking pricing. Stated that at the beginning of the call. Got prices then PRESSURED to sign up. When I said no just prices today I was hung up on. You will not get my business or money! Preview of things to come!

  • Teaqueen180 Teaqueen (Carolyn) (@Teaqueen180) reported

Heads up. We received an email supposedly from @Bell today letting us know they couldn’t process our payment due to security issues and we are to select an alternate payment method by clicking a link. We checked our statement and no issues as payment had been paid. #Scam

  • MrsTankGirl Mrs.TankGirl (@MrsTankGirl) reported

@CRTCeng my internet drops, slows down insanely and is absolutely some of the most expensive in the world. Can you please explain to me why your business model is "protect @Rogers and @Bell from competition and force Canadians to settle for subpar services at high cost" ?
