    @bell @Bell_Support Day 3 without internet nobody called or showed up yesterday. Bell sucks. Zero empathy even when they clearly made a mistake on the install and nobody seems to care. ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿคฌ

    So much for calling through the โ€œloyaltyโ€ dept at @bell #bellcanada #bellinternet worse customer service and a very cold interaction with Raymond. Time to look for a new provider.

    Hey @Bell_Support this is the third major internet issue weโ€™ve had in 1.5 yrs causing my husband and I to lose days of work. Talking to tech support and the most they can do is apologize and send a tech over while the service continues to get worse and our bill increases?

    Got new @Bell internet 2 weeks ago and it is not working properly since. 1 port keeps failing. Getting half speed they promised. sure they will charge me full. Not sure which one is worse having issues every day or switch Rogers and have issue one full day with everyone else.

    @cafreeland @cafreeland After Rogers outage I called @Bell to get rates to have backup internet Their single rates were $50 for 5GB data!!!! What r u doing to us? I paid 10 euros a month for unlimited data in italy & 19 pound in UK Telecom profit margin is criminal in Canada

    @Bell_Support @Bell. When I catch your company doing schetchy ****, call you out on it & know I'm in the right. You guys hang up 3 times. I better get that discount cause my contract is up at the end of the month. Its sad because Bell sent email notifications that was resolved.

    @Bell_Support I am staying in Gatineau Qc right now at the Hilton and Cnn is having the same issueโ€ฆ.. they are on Videotron so I guess Cnn is having an issue unbelievable! not Bell after all!

    @bell is absolutely the worst service in Canada. Ignorant people hanging up when asked a simple question. No one has accurate information to get problems solved. Ridiculous and pathetic.

    @Bell I said if I have to call again to resolve a billing issue, I'm billing bell for my time. I shouldn't have to call 5 times and be lied too saying the issue has been resolved.
