    I am genuinely so sick and tired of @Bell’s shitty internet. Everyday it’s lagging like crazy, randomly cuts out or just straight up dont work. No one in my house can download anything without it lagging. Such **** service. We pay for 100up/down and don’t even get it.

    @Bell_Support Our modem was replaced and our link modem died. We plugged in the new one and the service is beautiful!!!! Thanks to your team for acting so quickly.

    @Bell_Support Internet has been down for a couple of hours. Tried all the troubleshooting. Spent two hours doing all the advice your webpage gives. No luck. Guess I’ll see a break on my monthly bill right?

    @Bell_Support @Bell I’m still waiting for a supervisor to make a 5 minute phone call for a loyal customer (18 years) to resolve an issue because @PurolatorHelp lost the defective box I sent back to you. I find it strange that it’s been over 24 hrs and still no manager has called

    @booshmeister @Bell What did Bell do. I’ve been using them for years and never had a problem. Before that I had Rogers and did have problems with that.

    @Bell Any company that advocates black Friday sale during a pandemic is a company I would never do business with. Just proves they dont care about people, just about money.
