@Bell_Support No point in that. I already had enough in last 2-3 months from your team for their mistakes. Just wanted to say Bell service is PATHETIC

  • charmedchickJG jennifer gibson (@charmedchickJG) reported

@Bell_Support A Bell technician was supposed to show this morning to install a modem and never showed up. What happened?

  • Ani1u71 Anilu.  (@Ani1u71) reported

@iOS_at_Work @Bell It was a location issue with Set Automatically. It had me 1000 km away. @Bell fix your location services!

  • mymy29446237 mymy (@mymy29446237) reported

@Bell_Support As a sign of good faith to your customers, you should give free service for our next billing cycle. There was no communication to the clients (no text/email) to warn people about this. Had to find out once I was already late at work. This is a class action waiting to happen!

  • meganalexanddra Megan (@meganalexanddra) reported

@JoshCarreiro @V_Pierce13 @Bell_Support I was almost late for work! I think they fixed the issue right around when my alarm was supposed to go off (7:10am). Woke up naturally at “6:50” (aka actually 7:50 unbeknownst to me), closed my eyes for 20 min and next thing you know it was after 8. Weird!

  • theDread theDread (@theDread) reported

@Bell_Support Why is bell even setting the time on my iPhone? I’m pretty sure Apple is perfectly capable of handling this on their own, or is just another way of Bell repackaging an existing service to justify their ridiculous rates. Like disabling hotspot and then charging to turn it on.

  • verolin_ 𝕍𝕖𝕣𝕠𝕟𝕚𝕔𝕒 (@verolin_) reported

@Bell online customer service blamed the time change mistake on iPhones and not themselves. Chatted with someone today and they kept pushing the blame away from BELL and onto iPhones @Apple

  • dwolder David Wolder (@dwolder) reported

@pbilk @Bell_Support That's what mine said as well.. Atikokan, which incidently never changes time zone.. they just jump back and forth between eastern and central time.

  • ImSoJung Grace Im (@ImSoJung) reported

@TannerJerald @robyfontaine @Bell_Support Alexa being a google service and separated from bell services had the correct time as opposed to her phone's alarm which was incorrectly an hour back...

  • jeffblanchet Jean-François Blanchet (@jeffblanchet) reported

@Bell_Support Can you tell us more about the reasons behind this problem?
