@iOS_at_Work @Bell It was a location issue with Set Automatically. It had me 1000 km away. @Bell fix your location services!

@Bell_Support As a sign of good faith to your customers, you should give free service for our next billing cycle. There was no communication to the clients (no text/email) to warn people about this. Had to find out once I was already late at work. This is a class action waiting to happen!

@JoshCarreiro @V_Pierce13 @Bell_Support I was almost late for work! I think they fixed the issue right around when my alarm was supposed to go off (7:10am). Woke up naturally at “6:50” (aka actually 7:50 unbeknownst to me), closed my eyes for 20 min and next thing you know it was after 8. Weird!

@Bell_Support Why is bell even setting the time on my iPhone? I’m pretty sure Apple is perfectly capable of handling this on their own, or is just another way of Bell repackaging an existing service to justify their ridiculous rates. Like disabling hotspot and then charging to turn it on.

@Bell online customer service blamed the time change mistake on iPhones and not themselves. Chatted with someone today and they kept pushing the blame away from BELL and onto iPhones @Apple
