Bell Canada Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • fatcatzzzzz fatcatzzzzz (@fatcatzzzzz) reported

@Bell_Support Would have been really helpful to send us a Text about restarting our phone instead of having to search on Twitter for this solution. Rip my 2 meetings this morning.

  • starrca starrca (@starrca) reported

@Bell 12 phone calls over 2 days. Worst customer service ever.

  • dwolder David Wolder (@dwolder) reported

@pbilk @Bell_Support That's what mine said as well.. Atikokan, which incidently never changes time zone.. they just jump back and forth between eastern and central time.

  • Canadian88 Chris Vollick (@Canadian88) reported

@Bell apparently when calling to confirm service is working and outages your reps feel it entertaining and freely disconnect the call. This maybe the last thing before a move to an alternate provider. Worst customer service! #fail #custserv

  • Flor_de_J ❤️ ❤️❤️ (@Flor_de_J) reported

@Bell_Support It's interesting. I thought the issue was that the clicks were set back one hour so that if alarms were set ppl were being woken up one hour early... Falling back... And yet so many messages saying ppl were late for something they would have been early for with this error.

  • dandeeks Dan Deeks (@dandeeks) reported

@Bell_Support Why are you not acknowledging that your system is having problems online so@customers don’t waste their time?

  • Greg_linton Greg M Linton (@Greg_linton) reported

  • BradNixonOttawa Brad Nixon (@BradNixonOttawa) reported

@V_Pierce13 @JoshCarreiro @Bell_Support My phone was an hour slow. When my phone was supposed to go off at 6:45, the phone thought it was only 5:45. Fortunately my cat woke me up shortly thereafter (and I didn’t need to wake up for a flight or anything)

  • verolin_ 𝕍𝕖𝕣𝕠𝕟𝕚𝕔𝕒 (@verolin_) reported

@Bell online customer service blamed the time change mistake on iPhones and not themselves. Chatted with someone today and they kept pushing the blame away from BELL and onto iPhones @Apple

  • olorodey Ayoola (@olorodey) reported

@Daintytox @Bell_Support Yea, my time is default to network carrier, so it automatically updates, guess someone messed up at bell.. they admitted and apologized.
