Void ๐คโจ PRE-DEBUT-ish (@VoidVesselVT) reported@Bell @Bell_Support I had the worst time this morning trying to explain my very basic connection issue to your customer service today. I have no Internet. Bro wanted me to go to a website, couldn't grasp that being on "the WiFi" would make that impossible, and that my using my phone for Internet means I can't do the modem registration he's asking me to do. I asked him so many times to forward me to another person, which he refused. After begging, he said he could if he charged he $75 , I said fine, then he charged me, gave me a time window tomorrow that someone will be by, and basically said bye. So, no, I didn't actually get to talk to anyone useful today. 0/5 stars.

Never would/could we disrupt service. You don't have fail over or redundancy to mininmalize disruption? ๐ก

monybrat (@BratleyMonica) reported@Bell_Support I am very upset. 2nd time in 4 days, no home phone. Iโve reported it. Said repair will be here tomorrow. My husband is dialysis dependent. In the case of emergency, need a phone. To use a cell, I have to drive several kilometres to get a signal. Ridiculous. ๐ก
