    @Bell hey @bell. Who do I talk to. 1220 on Fibe is suppose to be showing ford fireworks but cv show has taken over channel. Why does this always happen. HELP

    @Bell_Support You must have trained your tech support team to say”I will call you back” and then never call back. So my first 2 days with Bell had been horrible. I will never be your customer ever. And I will let people in my neighbourhood know to not go for newly laid down Bell fibre internet

    @t3kfr34k @Bell_Support If it says u have a outage contact tech support a lot of bell users here in ottawa have reported slow speed high latency on the pure fibre connection in my case there was congestion in my neighborhood clearly bell is not good at deployment if they can't even handle it

    @Bell_Support I have sent you a DM. Know that if the matter is not resolved by EOD today, I will have my connection disconnected. Anyways, your tech support is based on lies and now I know what a bell customer can expect. Such a shame!

    You charged me extra $50 for mobile data that I haven’t used and now you’re refusing to remove it @Bell_Support. I’m going to complain and will never use Bell again!
