@BritHemming @Bell It's not very cost effective, but have you considered using an aftermarket router rather than the one supplied by the service? Something like a Nighthawk AC2600 or a good quality TP Link router.

Update: I finally spoke to the 1 person @Bell that felt like being helpful today. Turns out there is an issue with my modem and account (duhh) They are sending out a tech to fix it tomorrow. He deserves a raise, b/c he's the only person I spoke to who actually did their job.

@Bell_Support @Bell Marc. Employee No. EZ25866 suggested calling my bank and reporting it as a fraudulent charge and told my bank to reverse the charge. This was the easiest solution he could think of for me.

@Bell being a long term 30+ year loyal customer with Bell means nothing to Bell. New clients are being offered same services at about $65/month premium. Why be loyal to Bell when Bell not loyal to me. Currently have 7 services with Bell (home& cottage). Time to start shopping.

@Bell during pandemic and lockdown where no one can travel or go to sporting events, why would #bell blackout hockey games on #sportsnet

@ChrisAd55717923 @Bell No, I don't think I should have to pay more than the crazy amount of money I'm already paying to get basic service. I live in downtown Toronto (the biggest city in Canada) so having basic internet access shouldn't be a huge ask. It's a good idea just looking for other options.
