Trying to cancel @Bell @Bell_Business is beyond onerous. Other providers are offering the same or better service at HALF the cost & the Customer Service to try and cancel your service makes you willing to pay more to the other provider just so you never have to deal with bell agn

  • JanashJsha Janas Visvanathan (@JanashJsha) reported

@Bell🐢 response to bad call issues has been disappointing. I had good service before, but moving to a new connection has been rough. No real @Bell_Support from technicians. Not recommending for now might be better to try other carriers for faster service.

  • ElanaMcdougall Elana McDougall🔥The Eldritch of Hallows I, 2, 3 (@ElanaMcdougall) reported

@Bell I’ve been a customer for decades—faithfully paying $$ You want ME to install the new modem. Which comes with safety guidance/massive instructions. That’ll take me hours to mess up what a technician could do in 10 minutes. But you don’t do that anymore😡

  • FeloinMusk Eloin M (@FeloinMusk) reported

@Bell tell me why I have full bars but zero service? Did y'all lose towers in the past 4 years?

  • FireDubas4 Fire Rielly Into The Sun (@FireDubas4) reported

@Rogers is easily the worst network in Ontario Never thought I would do/say this but going to @Bell

@Un__Cuckable @FringeViews …until they actually cut off your phone and tell you you were the last person in the area with copper wire and they can no longer provide you with that service ..true story with Bell @Bell

  • meimjustmee Me Im Just Me (@meimjustmee) reported

@Bell is willing to lose a customer of 12 years because they refuse to honour a mobility plan that they are offering from their own website. I’m paying $93 a month for the same plan that they’re offering for $55 a month

  • McEwenJayson Jayson McEwen (@McEwenJayson) reported

Has SpongeBob SquarePants been completely removed on Canadian TV? YTV and the Cartoon Network were the only two after Nick went off the air yesterday ... and now I don't see SpongeBob anywhere in the program listings. What is going on here, @Bell? I pay over $300/m for this?

  • yogesh_gajipara Yogesh Patel (@yogesh_gajipara) reported

I love my Bell 1.5 Gbps plan, but moving to a new place where Bell only offers 100 Mbps. Not enough for my needs. Bell is charging me $315 to cancel early, even though service isn’t available. Hoping @Bell can waive this fee. #BellCanada
