    @angiesnow1982 @Bell_Support That’s the same here for me. This outage is all over Tor, Hamilton, Mississauga Oshawa & QC. This is weird we have never had a wide spread outage before. Im just mad I’m not getting my shows recorded on the PVR. I will certainly be asking for a credit for this day & last week

    @Bell_Support I have Fibe TV. There has been no tv signal for about 3 hours! Screen was pixelating ALL day. Asking people to call for an upgrade during a "system outage" makes me wonder what is causing the outage.

    @Bell_Support The communication to your customers is horrible. Cannot contact support. You don’t even invest in a broadcast feature to let customers know. Goodbye to bell for good. It’s not just the outage the customer service rates 0

    @jbrunet2525 @Bell_Support Hey Jacqueeee, it is a downer but if your shows R on CDN t.v you have 24hrs to view. Get up early and back up the guide to today's time and press info to watch. Only issue is you cannot fast forward AD's.

    @hewett_michael @Bell_Support They tweeted out the outage does not affect Bell Fibe App, so I guess if you have a bell phone plan, you can enjoy your fav shows on your tiny screen, for sure it’s why I pay $185 a mo.for this experience. I had to get a Teksavvy (thru Rogers) line to be able to work at home

    @Bell_Support In Montreal Qc area no service as well. Can we get an estimated time for when these issue should be resolved for please?
