Here's the thing @Bell I'm moving and I was debating giving you back my business even though the last time I gave it to you your rap lied to me for over a year before admitting that the thing that they said they were trying to fix wasn't fixable... And no deals were offered... 1/

  • Ret_flatfoot Mike Ryan 🇨🇦 🌻 (@Ret_flatfoot) reported

@AEssaji @Bell Been there. When I cancelled my Bell phone/internet it was a real pain. Even with a live person, there were still roadblocks to overcome. The whole experience left a very bad taste. Now, no matter how good they become, I will never go back to @Bell.

  • pdlandry Paul Landry (@pdlandry) reported

@Bell I'm a bald man. Am I even welcome on your network these days?

  • HIPPYHOLLOWBC HippyHollow (@HIPPYHOLLOWBC) reported

@BellMediaPR Deplorable management @bell full apology is demanded. Laflamme is Senator material. Canadian Hero disrespected. Never forgive never forget.

.. was customer facing with you and even a little bit famous.. . As a representative of my own business I find this position of yours shameful embarrassing and horrendous Thank you for making my decision not to choose @bell so easy.

1/2 @Bell @Bell_Support If they are bringing fibe to your neighbourhood and want to bring it to your house, say no. The will NOT return your lawn to its previous state, they will NOT respond to your tickets, they will create service appointments that they will NOT show up for.

  • AEssaji Azim Essaji (@AEssaji) reported

I am on the phone with @Bell, trying to cancel my services. Apparently I need to answer all manner of questions. I'm 30 minutes in, and am now on hold. 1/n

@Bell_Support This is the 2nd time this has happened, I'm not playing the back and forth game anymore.I can save 60$ by using other services and I don't even get good LTE connection in my location so "canadas most reliable network" doesn't apply to me nor justify paying more compared to others
