@Bell_Support Fibe TV app has stopped working on my Nvidia Shield as of this morning. It complains that it is not connected to a Bell network, even though it is connected to the same one as always. Have restarted router, Shield, and app! Also tried switching to wifi.

@Bell I’m beyond frustrated. My modem had an error out of the blue today so I had no internet connection. I called tech support. Told me it was defective. Race to the store which is not close to get a new modem come home plugged it in, same error! 1 of 2

@peggy_blair We have exactly the same problem in Dunrobin where five exists to all main nodes but no service to households. @bell
