@Bell_Support I spoke to multiple levels of techs including having someone come out. You guys have no idea what’s wrong and I’m not alone. Dozens of forums on dslreports. You guys are losing a customer because of this modem. Congrats.

@AcanacInc why does your site say the network is up when the internet is down? This happens way too often. The site is garbage and way out of date. Think I'll be giving @Bell a call tomorrow. This is sickening
