@Bell i want to cancel my bell service since i am moving out of the province. Customer care is so bad and asking me 60$ to cancel the service. They want me to wait till 13th feb for the cancellation. Also for the device return i have to visit canada post

@Bell 150 MB speeds basic cable with like 3 channels added $170 a month...this is absolutely absurd. Seeming the internet can't have 3 things running on it at once or it's garbage. The picture on the TV is terrible from the HD box but the 4K doesn't work at all.

@Bell who do I contact about an installer placing a line across my property to my neighbours house without permission. I’ve contacted a CS agent once already and was told I’d hear back in 48 hrs. That was 3 weeks ago. Should I cut down the line then? Tick tock

I really don't want to have to call @Bell_support again today, but here I am on the phone with them. 6 calls in 11 days. Still no new modem. Mobile hotpsot is nice but it's unreliable and extremely slow. Between them and @canadaposthelps I am so frustrated.
