@Bell I called to cancel my TV subscription as all I needed was internet, told it would cost $135 a month since cancelling a package. Asked if there wasn't a loyal price and told no. So I cancelled and went to Cocego for $55 a month for two years.

@Bell @Bell_Aliant I just spent 50 minutes and 32 seconds of my life, mostly on hold, trying to have service restored and there is no one who can fix the issue. No supervisor is available and no one in Business Care is available to speak with me.

@Bell My home phone service has been disconnected 3 days ago. Why on Earth you still hold my number stopping the new company to port the number???

@sdpate @Bell Bell has many, many picocell repeaters on poles, but it all goes back to pushing 5G, which can require ten times more service points than 4G, when there are no really compelling reasons for it for most people.

You're brave @Bell... sending me an advertisement for a service I cancelled that costs the same as the service I have now and is 1000Mbps. How about you actually get Fiber internet to where I live so I can get 3Gbps!

@Bell I don't watch TV and I'm told I have to have Crave if I want to get a new phone. Also I lose my business package if I change. Got any customer friendly plans? Probably start looking for a customer friendly cell company.

@Bell By ‘slow internet speeds,’ I mean my connection consistently drops below the plan’s advertised speeds, making streaming, video calls, and basic browsing very difficult. This has been ongoing for months.

@bell @Bell_Support can you please explain why after over an hour in chats and on the phone with your loyalty department, just when I think all the issues are fixed you send me an email addressed to my ex-husband with all my information in it?

@Bell wants to charge me $122 to ship a wifi extender because their modem doesn’t cover my whole house and the new one doesn’t work! They’ve sent me 2 modems already then tell me they have problems with the configurations! WTF?
