    @MaudetheArtist @stellas42 Hi Maude, I tried, but no luck. Thank for the suggestion though. Apparently @Bell_Support are coming tonight after I waited all day yesterday for them, and they were here for 5.5 hours on Saturday. TV STILL NOT WORKING. Good - old - Bell!

    @Bell I need 2 talk with a sr CR person. I tried 2 switch 2 ur services last week but the tech pointed out the srvc sold 2 me isn’t available in my area. So Ive stayed with Rgrs. 2 add to that, he left exposed cables between my neighbours & my house. Very poor experience #nofibe

    @virginmobilecan @Bell @richardbranson Over 2 weeks and over 10 customer service agents later and my issue is still not resolved. I'm out of the country and being treated poorly once again. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME AND GET THE SITUATION RESOLVED!

    @Bell_Support bell fibre internet fails everyday at 6-11pm my ping will go up to 150 and no level 1 or 2 tech support can help now what its been 2 months

    @Bell nailed it again. Had cable/internet for a few months, sold a package that doesn't exist in our area, give us a new package told us we can cancel at any time and now want $150 to cancel. What a joke. Terrible customer service and experience. Disgusted. Should call @eastlink
