@Bell_Support Because I adore the folks on your Twitter account - I have BRS and don't use the home phone or cable, but now my package has jumped up like $40 to 170$ a month. I just need the internet. Can we find an economical solution?

@Bell_Support I called in tonight to get Wireless to the Home internet. The rep that took my call was borderline rude, didn’t actively listen, and other things. Also....350GB data cap? That’s so 2010....offer an unlimited....like....come on....2020....anyway....no sale for her.

@Bell_Support we have a few users in Canada with Bell internet at their home who are experiencing issues reaching some of our websites in the states. All other users in the US are ok. Has an issue been identified that could cause this?

@Bell I have a complaint Track # 4001 8372 8639 1532. $563.87 taken from my bank account when I was assured that this would not happen on 2020.11.24. I want to be refunded by cheque $563.87. Prepared to cancel my service with @Bell. Look forward to a reply from @Bell. Thank you.

@Bell_Support our internet has been dropping multiple times per day for months, even during work meetings. We've spoken to tech support twice, and they've insisted they've solved the problem both times. This is ridiculous and affecting my work significantly.
