Not "stay on hold" or "we're going to call you back" which is the nice new thing companies with real customer service do. Just "we're busy. Call back later." Switched to Rodger’s and half price from what it was w far superior service. Same phones and numbers, seamless switching…That’s my experience.

Amit Jaiswal (@AmitJai20) reported@Bell @Bell_Support Pathetic service. My monthly payment was deducted, then reversed and I was charged a $30 NSF fee 3 times. Bell store told me to call Bell Finance Support, but my outgoing calls are barred. Why can't store handle billing issues? Very frustrating.
