@Bell_Support we have a few users in Canada with Bell internet at their home who are experiencing issues reaching some of our websites in the states. All other users in the US are ok. Has an issue been identified that could cause this?

. @Bell the horrible customer service I have received in the last 2 days has been crazy. 12 + hours to find my order and then everytime someone can help me we got disconnected. THE ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED!!!

@Bell_Support clearly not working though. 4 calls from 4 different numbers in 2 hours. Randomly dialing my number? Thank goodness for Googles technology on call screening and blocking. Just annoying is all.

@Bell i am so disappointed and upset. 3 different modem. Three technicians and still I keep losing signal. Plus I am hard wired into the modem.I have called numerous of times and nothing has resolved.have caused me missed hours at work due to the terrible internet connection

@Bell_Support After his complete denial and cooperation to help, I asked to speak to his manager, and he hung up. While our internet was still not working, making my brother not be able to complete his final exam online.

.@Bell_Support She called to get help, and the lady there accused her of calling the number or if not her, my dad must've made them. The support person told my mother "well you'd better talk to your husband then.". Please treat your customers better.
