@Bell @TELUS @JustinTrudeau I challenge your top executives to travel through Atlantic Canada and tell us why cellular/data service is so bad here. I thought it was pretty bad in NB and NS with 3G at best. Here in Newfoundland I am lucky to get LTE. Vast areas have no service.

  • jbus13 Joey B (@jbus13) reported

@vancerooniyeg @Bell @Rogers Koodo is just Telus. Being a new customer it is hard to get a better deal than you can get from your current company

  • NikkiWonderful_ NikkiWonderful (@NikkiWonderful_) reported

@Bell_Support Day four and my elderly mothers phone still isn't working. Considering the amount you charge your customers for service this is absolutely ridiculous. I wish I could get paid for all the hours I have wasted on the phone trying to get your company to do their job.

  • shantanugupta Shantanu Gupta (@shantanugupta) reported

Finally on @Bell! Overall decent customer experience but they as a company need to make communications smoother between departments! For example, a department I called up, wasn’t sure about eSim activation. Provided me wrong info. @Bell_Support things can improve.

  • WiegerTheFarmer WiegerTheFarmer (@WiegerTheFarmer) reported

@Bell_Support Thanks. I got great phone support. We ended doing a factory reset and it started working.

@Bell_Support are there reported bell fibe outages in Kingston, Ontario? Cause mine is out. It’s quite rare to have an outage, maybe 2-3 times in 4 years. So not bad….
