@Bell Thanks so much for not honoring a payment arrangement! Thanks to you, i won't be able to pay my rent this month. Your agents are garbage, like your company.

@Bell_Support this is the 2nd day my wifi isn't working... remind me again why the fees have increased for a service I can't even use?

@Bell_Support Turns out you are just useless in DM as on a public tweet. More than 5 years and just as opaque as ever, with hand wavy ‘plans’ confirming your poor reputation.

Each tweet I send, @bell_support sends me another DM. Question: If your tech dude claims a *nebulous* widespread outage, but your website and tweets say no outages, did the outage happen? Or is it a different kind of ooops?

The premium priced @WWENetwork on @Bell literally has 39 total PPV's available to watch. 0 old RAW & SMACKDOWN shows & about a year wait for Specials. Every year they say the network will expand on their service, yet it seemingly gets worse. What a sham! #WWE #WWEonBell

@Bell since Jan I have been facing problems with your network. Call drops, other person not able to hear me speaking has become a feature of your network. Please do something about your network & stop loyal customers from switching to competitors. I’m located in Calgary NE AB CA.

@Bell_Support No, the very swift 12 hour response time was long enough for the problem to correct itself.

Also, @bell_support, unsurprisingly, rebooting my modem will not miraculously fix a “widespread outage.”

Two hours in, someone answers: there is an “outage in your area.” Anyone else in Ottawa sans @Bell_Support service? Nothing noted elsewhere.
