And being told ‘oh I’ve never heard of this’ 2x I finally get to someone who says @Bell_Support will ‘try’ to activate my phone. But since I’m calling them on my old phone, I’m advised that my SIM card in the old phone will get deactivated and drop the call. So I ask.. 2/

@Bell This is unquestionably false. Fibe is the *worst* internet on the market. Constant lag, *especially* when gaming. If it wasn't forced upon me through an idiotic exclusivity deal in my building, I would use @TekSavvyNetwork -- faster, more reliable, and *private*. ***, Bell!

So.. received my new @bell phone from @Bell_Support. I inserted the SIM card that arrived with the new phone. SIM card appeared to be locked, and I was unable to activate it online (as the instructions said to). So I call their support team. After being transferred twice.. 1/

So now both of my phones aren’t connected to the network. So I use someone else’s phone to phone back. Now I have to be transferred through another person. Finally arrive at @Bell_Support escalations team. I explain the situation and how frustrated I am. The agent doesn’t 4/

@Bell I experienced an internet outage for ~3 days due to a faulty/ damaged line in a PON device. I (as well as many others) work from home now therefore internet is critical. What is Bell's plan to reduce the customer impact during these events?

Our internet has been out all day. We called Bell early this am and they promised to call back between 10-11am. It’s now nearly 5 hours beyond that and no call. I can’t believe that a business can run like this This is some crummy customer service. @Bell_Support

@Bell_Support Update: my partner called back and was on the phone an hour (he left a msg earlier that wasn’t returned). He was told he could wait several days or he could pick up a part and do it himself. Went to get part and was told he has to bring old part back - this was never disclosed

@sharon_zehr @Bell lol I was never with Bell even as an employee which was free services lol so many employees had other providers instead of free services from Bell thats how much they are disliked by their own people
