    @Bell_Support When I call about internet access issues. You automatically reboot my modem. Why is there no option to say I have already done this before calling you? There needs to be a separate support number for IT professionals who do 1st line support themselves.

    @RogersHelps No. That was not my question: Why, because I pay for your internet AND I’m under 65 years of age is the option to receive paper billing removed? So if I switched my ‘net to @Bell does that mean I could receive paper billing if I cancel a service that is one of your criteria?

    How much wifi do all your phones, tablets, etc eat up even if they are just in a drawer with apps on them and you don't touch them? @Rogers @Bell @SamsungCanada In my opinion that's a huge problem and crime. Fix it.

    How can we safely go on road trips, boat trips, plane trips, etc and buy, rent, etc homes without knowing if there is cell phone reception in case of an emergency-including if a vehicle breaks down? @RCMPNS @Rogers @Bell

    @Bell_Support almost one month since receiving my Apple Watch and still no resolution to my issues. Speaking to agents giving wrong info and instructions. Twice was told someone would call back in 48 hrs. Never got call. Contact again. Told was fixed. 1/2
