Leslie-Anne 😷🇨🇦🌻 (@Shessie4) reported@Bell_Support I have. 4 times. Zero help except to charge me $100+ more each month. I already pay $350+ just for satellite and wifi. Rental equipment 13+ years old. You won’t even give us a replacement remote for RENTAL EQUIPMENT.

Sam Williams (@TallGeeseMS) reported@Druski27 @PPistone @Bell To be fair the seagull was hit at 190 mph and turned into liquid. He never had a chance to be suspended.

𖤐Hell Intern𖤐 (@HellIntern) reportedYes I have #unlimited data, but it slows after 10GB, even though @Bell originally advertised it for after 20GB, close to 10 years ago now, and haven't kept their word since. Yes, I have spoke to someone. I plan to call them again to remind them I'm not receiving full service.

Shohreh Rabiee (@ShohrehRabiee) reported@Bell I was wondering if Bell would extend the date since the protest is on going and Internet is down. This is the only way we can talk to our families.

Leslie-Anne 😷🇨🇦🌻 (@Shessie4) reported@Bell_Support I have. We have the same crap equipment we have paid rent on for over 13 years. When we call for replacements, told we will be paying way more then we are (currently over $300 a month!!) our remotes are barely working. Rented. Why do I have to pay more for replacement??

Rohit Wanchoo (@rwanchoo) reported@Bell_Support being told by your support exec that Wi-Fi pods are meant to connect to router via wifi only and not over Ethernet. Either your support executive is naive or not properly educated on Wi-Fi pod devices. FYI, one of my wifi pod is connected to router over Ethernet

Theresa O'Leary (@theresaoleary20) reported@virginmedia @Bell_Support I have not had internet in my household since September 16th. I call daily to come up with a plan and work with your teams to no avail - when will my service be restored?
-
LJC 🇨🇦 (@lorijc601) reported@Bell_Support Once again my bell services are not working properly. I sent a dm. Very frustrating service for the money it costs.

GraceToo_ (@catnip1317) reported@Bell @CityNewsTO @CTVNews There's currently a power outage in our building/area, this is exactly why Bell should NOT be getting rid of copper landlines.
