    @bell Can't work from home because I haven't had internet for 3 days. Bell says they don't have a crew that can run an internet cable from a pole across the street to my home. They also can't give me a date when they can fix this. I want a discount on my internet bill.

    @Reil76 @Bell Same here for years. Everytime i'll get. "I will send you a new reliever" Can i have a technician come out? "You dont need one" On to the service department. Within 2 seconds, it will cost you $75 dollars. I wiuld switch but Cogeco would have to dig up my driveway

    After a whole week, @Bell has been unable to address my email issues. One week. Can you imagine not having access to your email for a week? Bell technical said they would email me with a status update. You can’t make this stuff up
