    @Bell_Support we pay for the nhl centre ice French package to watch the Canadiens out of market (channel 1439) and I sit down and the St. Louis Blues game is on in English. Not the first time this happened. Very frustrated.

    @Bell_Support Tried that. My 3 lines are on corp plan. Called few times, dealt w your twitter group. No one able/willing to help. So I speak w my wallet when contract comes up. I know Bell assumes ppl find it hard to change. I used to sub to a home phone internet and tv too. Bye cell soon.

    @Bell I don't know what's worse. Roger's nationwide outages or Bell's billing problems. 2nd month with #Bell and have had to contact billing 3x. The solution: They will hold my money for 2 months. What happens if I dont pay for 2 months? @Bell_Support #HorribleService

    @Bell_Support why do I have a 1.7mbs download speed with 130+ ping to a server 120km away? It's been like this for days now. Who can help me and no I don't need to be told to reset the router that's been done a hundred times.

    every time i call @Bell_Support it's never easy! They always ask for different things even though I'm calling about the same issue. i've been calling abotu the same installation all week and suddenly they cant tell me b/c my name isnt on the list of authorized people???

    @Bell Why do you expect people to sign contracts and commit, when you add in "price may increase during subscription", in small print. I will NEVER go back to Bell because of shady **** like this.
