Would THAT be reasonable. I am currently looking at Internet via cable to replace my constant and frequently horrible @Bell cable. And they can forget EVER trying to upsell me with such crap service. Oh. Sorry if your listening Bell CustomerService. Just an opinion 🙄

  • AmygdaloidSpew Cathy & Kiwi (@AmygdaloidSpew) reported

@Bell Go to the website and make your own plan. It's the best way to get what you need without getting stuff you don't. Ex for TV, select starter edition which is less than Basic but still has the main channels; cancel the $5 time zone thing b/c you don't need it. Have a look.

@Bell_Support internet has been down since yesterday. Any idea when service will resume? Pretty hard to work from home or do virtual school with no internet!

  • ldunkelman Larry (@ldunkelman) reported

@Bell_Support I called support and they indicated that the model is defective. Getting a new one. Thanks.

  • SQ10_2 Sq10 2.0 (@SQ10_2) reported

@Rogers Instead of handing out a bunch of free **** to new customers, how about you stop low-balling the ones who stayed with you for 10, 15, 25+ years? Thankfully I left your sorry company and have been much better off with @Bell

  • JoeTassone Giuseppe Tassone (@JoeTassone) reported

@Bell your support line is more useless than a **** flavored lollipop. You got billions of dollars, figure out your **** you scum of a company.

  • dickycoxmedia Dicky Cox (@dickycoxmedia) reported

@Bell @redcrosscanada 7 billion in damage or more why not donate 25 million, look good for good

  • Phr0sting Leo (@Phr0sting) reported

@Bell Sure would be nice to actually use the service. “Upgraded” a week ago just today told “we are having shopping delays your device will ship Dec 10. May reason to show online with them was “access to our full inventory” per Bell.

@KrainTrain @Bell After looking at the articles, yeah I can definitely see why people hate them, and I feel like Bell is awful for doing things like those shown in the articles.
