    Dear @Bell_Support, its been 4 hrs trying to talk to ur support in Philippines. Tam, Ron, etc etc. no internet at home & they keep disconnecting my call. Very disappointed in trashy service after being a customer for 6 yrs. Worst outsource ever & they said they have no manager!

    @Bell_Support @Bell worst customer service. I took day off and asked my son to take day off to help me during technician visit today. No one came. I called and they said technician will call to reschedule with no reason given. I will cancel as I can't take another day off.

    @DPocroianu @Bell This is such a bully of a corporation. The truth will be told. Same thing happened to me. We will not go down without fighting. We are not survivors we are warriors. Bell should be ashamed of themselves and using their Bell let's talk is just a marketing ploy. Truth will prevail!

    The CRA also has a recorded message stating that they don't tolerate abuse of telephone agents. HEY @Bell HERE'S AN IDEA. I can't yell at Nordia about that on here since they aren't on Twitter. I wonder if they're allowed to hang up w/o supervisor input when dealing w/abuse.

    @Bell I will admit that the scam calls seem to have cut down. However the scan text messages are increasing, can anything be done about those?

    @Bell Such a Poor & disappointing service from you guys. Been 1 month already & I have been harassed like crazily. Different agents, No supervisors available & No help right on the spot. Called 10 times & no help, I'm tired. This is how you treat your 5 yr old Client ? Shame !
