@Bell_Support Tried this a few times and still no internet. Our power returned yesterday afternoon and we had wifi, but woke up this morning to none. Clearly this isn't a router issue; it's a Bell issue

Is @Bell really sending off people to ring doorbells to convince people to join their service? In a pandemic? You want me to let a stranger inside my home to discuss phone and internet plans? Yall doin too much

No power and no cell service means NO ABILITY to contact emergency services. A wired phone is no longer an option according to Bell due to “upgrades” to the system. This senior is furious. @Bell_Support @bellcanadalies

@RogersHelps "RogersHelps" - that phrase is now laughable! Expect a mass exodus to @Bell. Even if hydro cuts are your main problem re #OttawaOutage, giving no updates or canned/insincere answers is beyond insulting.

@Bell_Support Generators, ever heard of them? 2.87 B in profits and still running your business like it's 1950. Deplorable customer service.

@Rogers, @Bell, other service providers: listen up. How about giving free service to Ottawa + Uxbridge or anywhere there is significant storm damage? People might go over there allowed minutes to deal with problems. Have a heart for God’s sakes!

@Bell is supposed to be “Canada’s fastest network” yet I’m still getting subpar reception whether I’m visiting my family in Montreal or living in Vancouver…

@Bell_Support Why did all the responses to this post disappear? Removing things you don’t like doesn’t make them not true. Still no service 72+ hours later.

NEVER use @Bell They dont care about customers. I got a “free” upgrade because Ive been with them over 12 years. My bill went from $130/month to $250/month. They con you out of your old plan, to get you on a worse plan, to offer you a “free” upgrade that you have to pay for.

@Bell_Support I’ve done this multiple times and am getting the message there is an outage still. Is there an ETA for when service will resume? The ETA it gives me is always wrong.
