@Bell you guys have the worse service i have ever come across without internet 4 past 1 week cause u guys decided to use cheap shipping service of purolator and ur service agents wont do crap about it and wont increase my phone internet cause of ur ****** box that stopped workin!

@Bell @Bell_Support why do you wait until a customer cancels to offer us the deal we wanted in the beginning? We switched our internet and 3 phones over to a competitor when you could have just kept us in the beginning if you offered us the same deal. #terrible

@Bell @Bell_Support first time customer and it’s been 4 months and my issue still hasn’t been resolved and I’ve been ghosted by 2 different employees, made 10+ calls, had to give my full information 5+ times. Battle of attrition just hoping I pay and go away?
