Bell Canada Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Thebusiness905 Anthony Suppa (@Thebusiness905) reported

I will be publicly posting @Bell phone calls to how Bell Canada conducts obtaining small business accounts and clients. No paper work, no transparency, no honesty from their Customer Service. @Bell_Support I’ve called CRTC at 1-877-249-(2782) to address this concern 😒

  • JoyceEats J ✨ (@JoyceEats) reported

The way @Bell never gives me the same solution options when I call for the same issue??? I'm gonna have to start training the agents myself 😤

  • FiscalViolins Jamie :) (@FiscalViolins) reported

@Bell you guys suck. I forget to pay my bill for like a week and you shut down my internet intermittently? You know what I need to pay my bill??? INTERNET

  • LoganPa77728982 Ord1nvry (@LoganPa77728982) reported

@Bell_Support My WIFI can connect through the web and everything but when I try to play games or call on discord it glitches? Please fix this

  • JustWantToQ1 Selenium Plain (@JustWantToQ1) reported

@Bell @agilities @TorontoDefiant Can you make sure that the internet f****** works for one full day...? It's actually unbelievable that I have 1880mbps down 1200mbps up yet still experience interruptions..

  • bigcjat Chris Thompson (@bigcjat) reported

I’ve reached my max. Data allowed before the internet speed is reduced on my unlimited Bell Mobility account. Except, that’s false advertising. It doesn’t slow down the internet, it completely breaks it and is almost entirely unusable @Bell_Support 👎

  • sonia_cousins Princess SassyPants (@sonia_cousins) reported

@Bell_Support @suburbanboys2 Is there an outage in Burlington, ON. I have a tech coming today but have dealt with constant disconnections and no internet for six days.

  • bigcjat Chris Thompson (@bigcjat) reported

@Bell_Support I wouldn’t mind if it was just the speed that was reduced, but that’s not what’s happening. Some banking apps won’t even load, ping time and packet loss is huge. Css on sites completely abandoned. Go over your limit on bell, and you get 1990’s broken ugly internet as punishment

  • chmodxx_ Kristina (@chmodxx_) reported

I don't typically complain about interactions with telecoms because I expect them to be pretty awful. But, wow, trying to cancel a service with @Bell has been so unnecessarily frustrating I'm tempted to cancel all services out of principle.

  • airmech07 Shaun (@airmech07) reported

Thank you @Bell for another wasted day! First you cancel my internet by accident. Then when I upgrade my service only to be told by the installer 3 hrs later I can't have the service. So here's to 1.5 mbps internet as my 4 kids get older and rely on it everyday
