  Thanks @Bell I’ve been a long time customer and somehow adding a new line got all messed up during Black Friday . Order was then cancelled to “fix” problem only to learn that particular rate plan no longer exists. 3 + hours no resolution #bell #CustomerService #poor

  @Bell_Support i'd like my money back for TSN direct it's total garbage. Barely works, stream keeps cutting out, it's terrible quality even when it's working.
