@Bell_Support is the worst customer service agency ever. No one can help you or give you any answers. All they do is patch you through to another department

@Bell_Support you guys are terrible Talked to CSR EQ13356 yesterday, said I wanted to pay off my device & reduce my plan Was promised 10GB data unlimited talk/text/picture sms Today I'm told best you can do is $85/month 25 GB (which I don't even use, I average under 10GB)

@Bell_Support HI, super random, but I found a cheque from Bell while cleaning up that I don't think I had deposited - problem is it's from 2019. Is there a way to get it re-issued?

  • hottakesareus SportsTalk (@hottakesareus) reported

@Bell_Support located off shore to save money and take jobs from hard working Canadians. Can’t help their customers because the staff is incompetent. Lie to their customers, delete notes on their accounts and charge them for services that weren’t Used.

  • hottakesareus SportsTalk (@hottakesareus) reported

@Bell_Support You don’t even help Canadians, you help nothing but your CEOs pockets you crooks

@Bell Just saw $5 hike on bill ,when I called customer support & asked why he said “Bell is investing so much in Ontario so we have increased $5 through out ontario” #when #profit will come will you return our indirect invested $5 with profit ? Need big player like #Jio in canada

  • itsvendyy Gababoul Gord (@itsvendyy) reported

@Bell it is common practice to ask someone to pay a thousand dollar bill when they have never owned a @Bell phone? Unacceptable service. No way around it. Make it right.

  • ElectronsJordan Electronic Jordan (@ElectronsJordan) reported

Yet another day where I’m disappointed in the @TSN_Sports for AppleTV app. From “no audio” issues to “Oops, something went wrong” and straight up refusing to playback live video. @Bell should have done so much better with this.
