    @Bell_Support @Bell @Bell_LetsTalk So once a order is placed with bell you can't cancel it because it would be shipped to you first then you refuse it then it will get back to them. One rep already gave me a number showing cancellation in process other one says it can't cancel.

    Shoutout to @Bell not giving me access to my account to pay my bills Then I call support, they say I need to wait for a call to activate my account, then they never do it, now the payment is late and for two month I owe them 180$ instead of 80$.

    @Bell has called me 3 times since cancelling my services with them trying to offer a better deal AFTER I called them looking for something better before I changed providers. Yall slacking on your customer service when it’s needed most. Dont call AFTER the fact.
