    @Bell can I ask what the point of your customer survey was? You wanted feedback of my current plan and the only question was who I got the plan through. The rest were where I purchased my phone from and who my last provider was.

    Hey @RogersHelps just spent 3 hours on live chat, got disconnected twice, and the last person was miserable and rude. So 23 years with you and now I have to go to @Bell_Support
