    @Bell_Support I’ve been waiting on my new phone to ship since November 11th, that original said 3-5 days. While I was notified that you’re waiting on Apple, but I would like to cancel my upgrade, is this possible?

    @Bell_Support That's a joke, I have been on the phone almost every day with you guys for upwards or hours a day and still my business line says "This number is not in service" and no one can tell me why or fix it. How much lost business will you be paying me for?

    @Bell has the absolute worst service and staff who lack knowledge in their process. Over six hours with tech support and staff who have zero idea what they are doing! Definitely leaving Bell services!

    @Wiiggles_ @Bell @Bell have been useless to you over this past year. Time for them to actually show the service they boast about! They claim to be the best, they actually going to come through and prove it? You shouldn’t be needing to struggle & use alternative methods with what you pay them.

    1.5 Hrs on the phone with @bell_support customer service just to get them to send me a tech is unacceptable for one of Canada’s largest corporation. I am livid right now and STILL on hold waiting to get an appointment
