Is it Groundhog Day again @Bell_Support ? After hours of working to reverse charges for services we don’t have with Bell we get charged AGAIN! This is infuriating & a waste of my time! #poorcustomerservice Will @Bell be compensating me for my time spent on YOUR issue!

@Bell_Support our internet has been out since 8pm yesterday. We were told a technician was coming to fix the issue in the area (college & Ossington, Toronto), but we still have no internet. This is now affecting work. When can we expect a fix?!
