@Bell because of the hurricane in Nova Scotia I haven’t been able to use my TV service in over a week. Is there any chance of compensation?

  • TheKMacKenzie1 Kristen MacKenzie (@TheKMacKenzie1) reported

Thank you @Bell technicians for solving the technical issue with the phone lines. Glad to have everything back up & running. Unfortunately the @Bell_Support agent I spoke with via cellphone was zero help!

  • KimNich13089019 Kim Nicholson (@KimNich13089019) reported

@Bell maybe you can resolve the issue with Atlantic Canadians 50GB data being removed for accounts that billing cycle reset same day September 24th. Five calls and my account is a mess, cannot be only one!

  • ThirstOfJuly Jared Thomson (@ThirstOfJuly) reported

@Bell I’ve had this service for 5 years. It’s actually as advertised for basic. I do pay $29 for the premium and sports but it’s still half the price. Fine print, you can only use 2 devices at a time. The no “cable box” was the big win; most new TVs and mobile devices have th app.

  • TessaMcInnis Tessa McInnis (@TessaMcInnis) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell_Aliant Ok so the ball is in @Bell_Aliant ‘s court to do better. Because she can’t even contact to see an estimated restoration. Because of no cell service.

  • iJonniM Jonni Martinez  (@iJonniM) reported

@emma4trustee @Bell I got $800 for my 13 pro max and sadly the value goes down each month

  • kareludd Karen Luddington (@kareludd) reported

@Bell #Bell cell service was not affected in New Harbour, Guysborough County by the recent hurricane Fiona… you can’t make something worse that is already pitiful service to begin with! At best, on a good day you can get one bar of service on a window sill!

  • CndnSilentBob Canadian Silent Bob - SoT Twitch Pirate (@CndnSilentBob) reported

@Bell Problem is I looked into it while the modem might be wifi 6 if that is what you have the pods are not. So anyone with wifi 6 modems this is not technically an up to date pod for that type of internet you are getting

  • gdsimpson8 GD Simpson (@gdsimpson8) reported

@Bell_Support You cannot help from where you are. We know the issue was a cut line (finally repaired thank you) all we wanted was an HONEST answer! Instead we got 4 made up answers to try & appease us.

  • coreysolington Corey SOLAPEington (@coreysolington) reported

@koodo Okay thank you. Will be switching to another service provider first thing tomorrow morning to avoid overages I will incur this month so I could contact my family during this emergency. @Fidomobile and @bell offering better relief.
