    @Bell @Bell_Support 7 full days without internet or fibe tv. No solution. No one from bell contacts me. I have to call every day to be told they are “escalating this”. For 7 days..same bs script. It is actually impressive how brutal your customer support is.

    @Bell_Support Would there currently be an outage in the Châteauguay, Quebec area? Keep getting error 2000 for the past hour on my router.

    @Bell_Support I have spent more than 5 hours in total with customer care. Each time I am getting disconnected during the wait or call redirected to another team which then redirects back me to customer care. Very frustrating.

    Hey, @Bell_Support, why is it MY fault when your customer service rep tells me to expect a technician AFTER 12pm when in reality its an all day appointment? I planned my day around this. I am disabled. I can't get there at a moment's notice.

    @Bell_Support Do you have an ETR on the Internet outage in the Yonge and Lawrence area in Toronto? Is there a tracker of all active outages on the Bell website? I could not find one.
