@Rogers Why does my ignite wifi keeps dripping on again-off again 7-8 times a day? Thanks to this **** I nearly lost 25 marks' submission... Is this what new models of the "best" brand do to their loyal customers? Should I port to @Bell ?

  • startca Start.ca (@startca) reported

@Sydsannity @Bell Hi Syd, we're sorry to hear that you're having issues with your internet connection. Have you been able to speak with one of our Support reps?

  • TracyS88361731 TracyS (@TracyS88361731) reported

@Bell_Support @martinbastien Terrible service! I’ve spoken with 12 people since February and the line is still not buried #another unhappy Bell customer

  • _jenwrites_ Jen 🍂 (@_jenwrites_) reported

Of course @bell internet and tv doesn’t work in the middle of a work day 🙄 so tired of this crappy service!

  • MacMND mac 🌒 (@MacMND) reported

@Bell_Support Is your Bell Fibe internet working in peterborough ontario? ours has been down multiple hours, still connected just no internet.

  • stone4prez Jesse Stone (@stone4prez) reported

OK @Rogers @Bell Phone call uptime 99% phone call uptime is literally the same as any customer having a dropped call every 100th minute This is indisputable The only other thing is counting texts as service And deciding what the number is in the first place @Verizon

  • MoBarlow162 Maureen Barlow (@MoBarlow162) reported

@Bell_Support My internet is down and has been for about 2 hours. I live in M8Z. I certainly hope my data usage will be reset for the month.

  • pottsyMJ Matthew Potts (@pottsyMJ) reported

Day 2 with no HD @ctvottawa on @Bell Satellite TV. If you see this tweet, retweet it. Get this trending. They say "Satellite Spacing" issues. I say BS. Get it on plain SD on Channel 299 now. Or switch to @Rogers. I wish I could, but I'm rural. #BellPrisoners

  • Patrick14113 CloudyEyes (@Patrick14113) reported

@Bell Yeah, instead break your phone with customer support...

  • hotSahs Rupinder (Rup) Sahsi, MD 💬 (@hotSahs) reported

@Bell_Support The account is managed by the hospital. I just spoke with one of your tech reps, who confirmed my previous ticket was "closed," even though nothing changed for me. I was told the high number of other reports of signal problems from my area is "trending." That's bad, right?
