@Bell_Support I have been trying to get a hold of bell for the past 5 hours and the phone keeps getting transferred to total credit recovery… all I want is technical support

@Bell_Support No, we're good. Your "agents" on the phone wouldn't help, so you've lost her business. Next will be our entire family & any other entity we're involved with. Total scam that you run with these prepaid & texts. Can easily be stopped but you choose not to.

Where ******** is my courtesy “your subscription will renew soon” email @TSN_Sports? No contact info, no nothing. Just grab a money and run. Cancelling subscription? Well, no money back. Screw you. Stupid @bell and their services. @BellMediaPR 🤬

@Bell_Support Times up though. Rogers is coming first thing tomorrow. Lost a customer paying over $120 a month for 3gb internet speeds to a company who can’t offer more than 50gb upload lmao.

@bell is even worse than Rogers. Tried for weeks to resolve a tech issue. No one can help (i think they offered a service they can't provide) When will Canadians get decent services and a choice of providers? #CRTC

@Bell_Support I’m genuinely beginning to believe frontline Bell customer service aren’t permitted or trusted to individually provide adequate customer service in a timely manner without getting someone else’s permission. Sad.

@Bell_Support Tech came out to my house and said “nothings wrong”, despite hours on the phone and notes verifying my internet drops every few minutes. 🥰🥰🥰🥰 your service makes me hate my life.

Just saw a new @Bell commercial for 5G... Just awful, hard to believe that the person who probably came up with the idea has a formal education in advertising...

Hey @bell let’s talk! Your mobile customer service department botched up our order two weeks ago & gives me the option to ‘expect’ a call on Monday or I can feel free to choose an alternate carrier. Wow. Sorry to see that your customers are seen as an inconvenience. #fail
