@Reil76 @Bell Are you still on a copper line or have you switched to fibre? If you're still on the copper line they could be ignoring your issue to force the switch to fibre!

@Bell_Support Just checked the app and see a notice that you're doing planned network maintenance. I have done backbone IT support for some BIG providers over the years. Never would/could we disrupt service. You don't have fail over or redundancy to mininmalize disruption? ๐Ÿ˜ก

@infamousadam13 @Reil76 @Bell My favourite is being a software developer who works in web hosting and virtual servers being asked why I need such high internet speeds? None of your damn business??

@Reil76 @Bell We're still waiting to hear from @Bell regarding our fibre internet installation. We only finally got a line strung parallel to our old one about a month ago, but no new modem and still running off the old DSL crap. Topnotch service. ๐Ÿ‘

@K38Tweets @Reil76 @Bell This is all the fault of Compaq and HP who started ****** IT support and passed it off like a flu to other tech companies.

@Bell_Support your customer service is abysmal. I spoke to robots, was transferred to multiple different departments, spent a LONG time on hold, then got disconnected TWICE, and still havenโ€™t solved the problem. Itโ€™s been an hour. Why is your service dept outsourced like this??

@Aaron_Rosenthal @CTV @Bell Theyโ€™re just reprinting a Canadian Press wire service story & headline Canadian Press is owned jointly by 3 major Canadian media companies: Globe & Mail, Torstar Corp, & Square Victoria Communications Group (which owns La Presse). CTV/Bell are only guilty of laziness here

@Reil76 @Bell There's a faulty connection for the input signal somewhere, causing it to drop. When I had it happen, it was actually the modem, itself, but I had to totally spell out all the troubleshooting steps I'd taken to get them to listen to me.
