Kevin MacKenzie (@kevthegrad) reported@Rogers @Bell dear telecommunications Giants, as somebody who drives between Peterborough Ontario and York region every single day, I just wanted to ask how it is conceivable in 2026 that I cannot maintain a phone call along Highway 115 without signal death !?!? Fix your towers!

The Real MVP 🇨🇦 🏒🏈 (@mattvanp) reported@bell your cell service has a massive massive dead zone in a highly populated area. Your service goes to the circle with line thru it. Then says I have a voice mail. Does this for about a 10km circle. This is 2026. Absolute dog ****

Sherry Rezaie, MD (@shaghayegh755) reported@Bell 24-hour update: @Bell still hasn’t managed to fully cancel my service. After multiple conversations and repeated assurances, I’m now being told it’s only partially cancelled. This is unbelievably frustrating. I genuinely don’t understand how a simple cancellation can be this difficult. Signing up took 5 minutes; cancelling has taken 24 hours and still isn’t resolved. Do better, @Bell. #BellCanada #CustomerServiceFail

EyeNeedDoze (@son_dean) reported@bell That was the strangest customer service experience I’ve ever had and I’m not confident in what I was instructed to do. This is the second time I have a weird experience with your cs. I appreciate the attempt but I can’t shop with you any more.
