Pascal Rodier MStJ, MA 🇨🇦 (@Pascal1Rodier) reported from Rothesay, New Brunswick@Kymzz78 @veethspace @Bell @Bell_Support Baffled at how hard it was. Horrific service saved by one lady who finally saw the issue. Still looking elsewhere for services.
-
Sean Morrison (@SeanMor27198990) reported from Hampton, New Brunswick@SucksXplornet If I’m having trouble figuring out how to use the 5G Service then I’ll have to make a critical statement and make a phone 📱 call 📞 but if I don’t have anything critical or judgemental to say about @Bell then I’ll have to text them like @_iMessage and use the app or website
-
JenW'Irvin (@jenmagician) reported from Saint John West, New Brunswick@8tephanie @Bell Starlink - 100% worth it! Will be getting rid of my Fibe - too much money for bad internet.
-
Pascal Rodier MStJ, MA 🇨🇦 (@Pascal1Rodier) reported from Rothesay, New Brunswick@Kymzz78 @veethspace @Bell @Bell_Support No issues in NB but moved to NS and had lots of issues since with them: including “customer service”. Looking T other provider options. Even getting support today was hitting my head against the wall.
-
Tanner Cheeseman (@tannercheeseman) reported from Saint John West, New BrunswickSwitched to @RogersHelps Ignite from @Bell last week. What a mistake! Haven’t had the service a week and somehow Rogers linked my account another customer’s who apparently owes them money. When I call to have it fixed, customer care is terrible. PSA — NEVER LEAVE BELL.
-
Sean Morrison (@SeanMor27198990) reported from Hampton, New BrunswickMy dad could file for fraud against @Bell but if my mother got it then that’s a very bad sign but if my dad gets it then it’s not really a matter of concern
-
Trent Seely (@InstaTrent) reported from Quispamsis, New BrunswickThe scary thing is that we were having bandwidth issues out of nowhere last night. @Bell
-
Sean Morrison (@SeanMor27198990) reported from Hampton, New Brunswick@SucksXplornet I’m now using @AtlasVPN so I don’t have to worry about paying all the extra data charges and so I can keep my Internet Service a little bit more private and hide it from my own provider and still use it publicly so I don’t get charged any extra money 💰 from @Bell
-
Trent Seely (@InstaTrent) reported from Saint John West, New Brunswick@mistaketheory @Bell @Google Yeah, I pay $102/month for shitty internet because Canadian telecoms like Bell collude on prices. It’s awful.
-
Sean Morrison (@SeanMor27198990) reported from Hampton, New Brunswick@SucksXplornet @Bell @_iMessage I use @Twitter to criticize bell rather than complaining on the phone 📞 for my iPhone 📱 because I don’t wanna have to deal with all the drama just like @SucksXplornet but I still want to be able to criticize and curse at them in a non-offensive way like when I say **** etc.
-
Sean Morrison (@SeanMor27198990) reported from Hampton, New Brunswick@thelastlazers @TripleKyun @SeleneSelkie @AtlasVPN @Bell People think mom had to pay 💰 for my phone 📱 bill 💰 and got mad because they thought I was more stupid than they were but then I proved them otherwise when I lost my data privileges and then started using a VPN Service
-
Sean Morrison (@SeanMor27198990) reported from Hampton, New BrunswickI try to keep my @Twitter annonynous at the workplace along with @Bell to avoid issues with the @saintjohnpolice and @RCMPNB and get fired from my job but also so I’d don’t have to worry about having my mother pay my phone bill every month which means I avoid conflicts altogether
-
Sean Morrison (@SeanMor27198990) reported from Hampton, New Brunswick@SucksXplornet Maybe they don’t want me providing them with better service and having companies like @Bell pay them the extra fees 💰 even though Bell would likely do that to Xplornet if Xplornet was willing to create better service because Bell has more power and owns a major tv 📺 station 🚉
-
Sean Morrison (@SeanMor27198990) reported from Hampton, New Brunswick@thelastlazers @TripleKyun @SeleneSelkie @AtlasVPN @Bell The VPN Service allows me to post on social media free of charge 💰 at no extra costs but I also have to have it set on wifi if I want to avoid anymore charges
-
Sean Morrison (@SeanMor27198990) reported from Hampton, New Brunswick@SucksXplornet @AtlasVPN @Twitter @Canada @Bell Instead of asking mom 👩 if I can get new iPhone 📱 12 I’ll have to sent a text message or make a phone 📱 call with Bell and ask them if I can replace my iPhone XS after iPhone 12 gets released if I get no 5G Service either by 2021 in @canada or get no 5G Service before iOS15
-
Sean Morrison (@SeanMor27198990) reported from Hampton, New Brunswick@SucksXplornet @cbcmarketplace @CanadianPM @Bill_Morneau @JustinTrudeau @CCTS_CPRST @Canada @Bell Maybe the government of Canada 🇨🇦 wanted me to use Bell instead of Xplornet so I could get better Internet Service because they realize that I’m gonna he spending a lot more time on it compared to the majority of people in Canada 🇨🇦 who spend like only a few hours on it
-
Sean Morrison (@SeanMor27198990) reported from Hampton, New BrunswickBut the problem with 5GTechnology is that it comes at a huge price which means that @Bell and @Rogers Provider were definitely within their rights to restrict my 4G Internet Data so they don’t have to keep paying money 💰 for my Internet so I can get better service @RadioIP
Bell Canada Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
kerl (@kerldaddy) reported@Bell I’m not going to DM you. I’m a preferred Bell client and I’m supposed to have 24/7 support. I’ve wasted more than an hour trying to talk to you. I’ll just go with Vidéotron or Rogers.
-
maria priolo (@1Priolo) reported@Bell I think your virtual assistance program is broken. I've been trying all day to get to technical support and after in putting all the prompts it goes silent. No transfer, no support, no help and I'm still having issues with my TV freezing!
-
For NL (@ForNL6) reportedFck it’s unreal how useless cell coverage is in NL. @TonyWakehamNL the amount of money wasted by certainly federal and maybe provincial towards @Bell and @Rogers while we have garbage service is mental. High cost phones and bills but utterly useless service …
-
Powel Cuber (@CuberPowel) reported@Reil76 @Bell Similar story with Bell. They refused to help me, even though I was spending $500 a month with them. Then I went to Rogers and had my numbers ported. A day later, Bell was calling me at least once a day for three weeks, bending over backwards to resolve my issue and get me back.
-
C4KE (@CallMeC4KE) reported@Bell Why are telecommunications down in the Ottawa Valley right now?!
-
BURNSY99 (@rgross36) reportedya know where CANADA is in TROUBLE? Our MAJOR CANADIAN MEDIA GIANTS like @ROGERS @BELL rely on those people down south for 90% of their CONTENT. IF we stop being FREINDS it could COST these companies HUGE $$. So WHOSE SIDE are they on? They gonna EFF us UP to stay ALIVE????
-
Laura A (@Cat4714) reported@Martyupnorth My cell phone company did the same. "To increase service bla bla bla". Currently looking for a new provider. @Bell
-
AlexTri (@AlexTri333) reported@Bell If I DM what do you expect me to share with you? Why not fix your dang virtual assistant that no matter what I select it says that your systems have an error and cannot put callers through an agent. Are you paying agents to do nothing? Do you just have the virtual assistant?
-
Mike (@maplelake13) reported@Bell 2/2 we are paying for regular internet which is garbage as its the worst internet ive ever seen, constantly dropping at times. Doesn't even work half the time yet they said wed get fibe???? Ehrn will we get it as its been over 3 years now?????.
-
Shiraz (@HenryEd13) reported@Bell Thank you for the reply. While I understand that operating costs change, increasing rates while automation and AI are simultaneously driving down operational and support costs for your company feels like passing the burden onto customers rather than sharing any efficiency gains. True brand loyalty goes both ways, it means rewarding long-standing clients, not continuously raising their bills. If my rate cannot remain competitive, I will need to explore better-valued options elsewhere.
