    @RachelMathers18 @02Yozora @Bell It’s only Bell or Rogers in this neighbourhood 🙃 Rogers came within 20hr to fix neighbour’s line and had all necessary equipment. Bell came at night in a van and said it was too dark to do anything. Then a couple days later said that need to find out when technician can come.

    I’m a 30+ year @Rogers (business) customer and they txt me that my cell (or I sometimes) connects too frequently to the Rogers-EXT service (new @Bell antenna across the lake) and threatens me with restrictions to that service….smart marketing move Rogers. 🙄🤔

    @hitsukuya @02Yozora @Bell I had a branch bring down my line last year. after a week or so i found out the provider isn't the one who fixes lines but another company called Oncor. I don't know how it works where you are but you may need to find out who's in charge of the lines where you are.

    @Bell being trying to get support but 310Bell busy all the time and online chat says to call 310Bell. Set up a call back 2 weeks ago still no call from Bell. This can't be your usual service, can it? Need to speak to Bell small business.

    @roasteddoggie @Bell Yea, you’d think a city with 800k+ ppl could have decent internet but it’s absolute shiet and apparently not worth company’s time to fix when it goes down 😬 Canada is horrible with its providers

    when I called the customer service, they haven't responded well in return, they spoke to me in a very rude and indecent way. It is very much disappointing the way they treat their customers and in return, they wasted all my effort and time,which is not at all fair. @Bell_Support

    @Bell_Support how about I just cancel my service and go to Rogers. For 2 weeks I have had the same issue, tried to be patient, been hung up on and spoken down to. been told its fixed and 12 days later still getting the run around Now you want me to go though the DM to make it private?

    Incredibly @Bell_Support doesn’t understand that people leave companies,sometimes not by choice:) &are replaced by people who have authority to act on the contracts . I’m told there is no way for me to be identified without the fired guy getting involved so they can’t help me.
