Why is @Bell so difficult to deal with?! If anyone is on the fence about which company to go through: 0/10. I would recommend crawling over broken glass before starting an account with them.

(And I pay @Bell a crazy amount of money per month) and in order to get a replacement remote I would have to pay $30!!! For something I already pay a monthly fee for. I am so tired of #Canadian #telecom companies gouging the customer. The amount of money I give #BellCanada

@Bell_Support Care to expound on the landline outage currently affecting eastern Ottawa? No service until Friday? I thought I was paying for a landline because I could count on it in case of power outage or wireless service outage. Am I getting a credit on my account?!?

@Bell_Support Are there any further steps to take? I was already on the call list, i filed a complaint, but that won't have an immediate effect and i tried to report to canadas anti fraud, but they wouldn't pick up the phone... again. Can't bell take the numbers and block them for people?

@Bell_Support your service is as reliable as Doug Ford. It's utterly frustrating to have had six months of problems. And i thought if a call with tech support is disconnected, they're supposed to call back?

@Bell_Support I upgraded phones months ago and going to check my voicemail and it asks for a temporary passcode. I’ve tried my 7 and 10 digit number and old passcode and none work. And resetting erases the voicemail I need, so in a bit of a problem

@Bell_Support You construction crew to install fiber has left a construction site unattended for 3 weeks now. The hole, the mound of earth, and the barriers have been abandoned. How long will this mess be left here? #FAIL #Ottawa
