@Bell @Bell_Aliant @Bell_Support I noticed Bell is charging me late fees on credit balances. If they owe me money with a balance with a CR they charge me a late fee for the CR balance. Complaint gone into Bell Corporate HQ.

I've been trying to resolve an issue my concerning @bell mobility and residential account since May. I've called over 40 times, been hung up multiple times and lied to. I have recordings. If someone doesn't get in touch I'm releasing them.
