@Bell_Support Mobility. I have 120GB fast speed and unlimited data at slow speed, but normally it feels like all the time it’s slow. I mean, I know I live in a remote area and I know I can’t ask for the same level of service than Ottawa, but I’d love if please make something to improve here.

@embassy78 @Bell_Support Yup, after a few tries, it shows the code but never logins. How the hell can't they design a simple app that works on TV? Ridiculous to pay so much to Bell for nothing.

Just spent an hour + on the phone with .@bell trying to reduce our $400+ monthly bill. By slashing our TV selection, Internet capacity and reduced data on cell we save less than $20. Ripping off loyal customers seems to be a business plan. Didn’t someone promise to fix this?

@Bell_Support Thanks. I will be reaching out to you. It has been 2 years of unstable #internet with @RogersHelps and instead of identifying the problem, they are telling me to upgrade aka pay more for a service I haven't been able to enjoy comfortably for 2 years.

@Bell_Support Many times during the day. This is ridiculous, I’m having same issues than while in Venezuela - that has one of the slowest internet speed in the planet.
