@Bell_Support Mobility. I have 120GB fast speed and unlimited data at slow speed, but normally it feels like all the time it’s slow. I mean, I know I live in a remote area and I know I can’t ask for the same level of service than Ottawa, but I’d love if please make something to improve here.

@DPocroianu @Bell So sorry you had to endure such horrible maltreatment.

  • FBSisnothere Francis Brian Shaw (@FBSisnothere) reported

Got an email from @Bell that my already ridiculously expensive month to month cell plan is going up by 4% because, apparently, they can’t afford to maintain/upgrade their network. Sounds like an embarrassing thing to admit but what do I know: my net earnings for q3 weren’t $813M

  • Teirersias Aaron W (@Teirersias) reported

So, for about a week I can barely send a text or load an image. I can't even cast to the tv because the wifi signal drops due to a weak data signal. Casting not even streaming. Everyone in #Iqaluit is experiencing this with the bell network. What's up with this @bell? @CRTCeng

  • LynnMacDonald Lynn MacDonald (@LynnMacDonald) reported

@Bell_Support new TO install this fall. Techs out in Nov, Dec, and now 6 times in Jan. Techs often don't read prev notes. Down again now; call again. New support ticket for tomorrow. Son missing classes, and I have to go into office when I can wfh. I'd better not catch omicron.

  • DPocroianu Warrior Of Truth (@DPocroianu) reported

@Stopworkplacebu The stress & bullying I endured while working @bell has stressed my heart severely and had me hospitalized and I now require medication for my heart regularly. So glad to see these studies to support what some of us already knew but there was no data to back it up
