I am so ******* tired, man Both my husband and I rely on internet for work and yet we can't have reliable internet at all @Bell_Support hasn't helped us in the slightest, actively lied to us about information, and has even tried to avoid the issues we've been having

@Bell These are horrible. Mine don’t work. I’ve called and been on hold more hours than I can count and no one has come out to fix. They just say a ticket is ordered and then I’m ghosted.

@Bell_Support Way too late for this now. We're canceling your service. I verified the birthday, full name, full address, how many boxes plus both phone numbers and address on the account but because I don't know the bill date I couldn't be verified. Yall need to work on your customer service.

Dear @Bell it goes to show you that you would have and should have left some pay phones across the city/country after the Rogers fiasco last month. Hearing how colleagues struggled to get home or get a ride when the systems were down sounded pretty harrowing.

@Bell_Support My Fibe has been down all day. Customer service says there is an outage in Mississauga and to check here for outage updates. You haven't updated anything in days. No info on #Bell website outage check either. So how are we supposed to know what is happening?

@Mr_Severino @ONT_Dad @Bell Even of he did no one can keep the parents from sending them to school with the kids. We need to help students learn how and when to use them responsibly, not ban them and leave them on their own. Teaching is what we do. #digitalcitizenship

And still no service, still no updates, still no accountability from #Bell. It seems that @Bell_Support doesn't keep customers informed unless bad publicity forces them to act. Industry Minister @FP_Champagne should remain focused on this industry. There's much more to be fixed.

Day 2. No Fibe tv; no info. @Bell_Support told me it isn't an "official" outage, so there're no updates, but "rest assured" #Bell is working on it. I assume an outage is "official" if it hits the media. Otherwise, too bad. @FP_Champagne pls improve standards to protect consumers.
