    @Bell My Bell Fibe has been performing dismally in the past 2 weeks. I’m seriously considering switching to any other provider who can give me consistent quality of service!! If this is state of the art than Bell is seriously in trouble!

  • _DannyBoi111 Danny Lao (@_DannyBoi111) reported

    @Bell @TorontoDefiant @overwatchleague As a support player, Twilight all the way

    @Bell I have not had internet for 4 weeks and counting with at least another 2 weeks to resolve. We came up with the solution of tethering a phone that we are paying for, not you and that took 6 days to receive. I woro from home. My kids are home for the summer q nothing to watch

  • snowmanonfire hockeynut (@snowmanonfire) reported

    @Rogers @bell they don’t have network outages!

  • Massonite Adam  (@Massonite) reported

    So I activated an Apple Watch on my @Bell account & for some reason it ended up on a separate account so the number sharing can’t work. Customer service can’t merge the account as for some stupid reason. Now I have to go back to the mall & turn up the Karenheit to get it fixed.

  • brobeans944 Trev (@brobeans944) reported

    I just learned that @Bell doesn’t support IPv6 which is an internet standard and has been since 2017. We, as Canadians, pay more than almost anyone in the world for internet access. Yet we only have access to old technology.

  • DarrenLaur Darren Laur - White Hatter Team 🇨🇦 #OnlineSafety (@DarrenLaur) reported

    @Bell_Support I did connect with your retentions as a long time customer, and they could not help with the pricing thus why you lost a customer.

  • marissasidel1 Marissa Sidel (@marissasidel1) reported

    @Bell_Support your absolutely ridiculous “customer service” agents have disconnected me twice today after sitting on hold for 30 minutes. This is why I went to Videotron.

  • HFailey Haki Failey (@HFailey) reported

    @Bell_Support internet bad in Port Perry, ON. Max download is 230 Mbps and upload 161.21 Mbps

  • S44NSKII Saan (@S44NSKII) reported

    @t3kfr34k @Bell Most likely the same problem I had, they charge you for the best internet but don’t let you know that they can’t provide the best internet in your area
