@SamanthaLWilson @Bell Don't suck here. Getting 984Mbps down and 923Mbps up perfect. That's with 32 devices connected in house. You must be using Wi-Fi rather than a wired connection, and or not on Fibre. Wi-Fi only good if hear modem. Degrades if walls, floor, items blocking. Wired is guaranteed.

@SamanthaLWilson @Bell I’ve had a pretty good experience with them. I have 1.5Gbps fibe, and usually get within 10% of the full bandwidth (1.2-1.5 down, ~1 up). I’ve even downloaded full RNAseq FASTQ datasets without much difficulty. Seems to vary WILDLY across areas of the city, though

@Bell and @Bell_Support proving once again today they are the worst-run company anywhere - on hold for 1 hour and 8 minutes to deal with an issue that shouldn't have come up in the first place. ON HOLD FOR 1 HOUR AND 8 MINUTES JUST TO GET TO A CUSTOMER REP!

@stalkrparent @Bell I recommend switching providers as Bell clearly doesn’t care. Hang up on customers? Not a good sign.

@SamanthaLWilson @Bell Switch providers. There is no reason for them to sabotage your career for their unreliable service. Best wishes.
