Dennis Rice (@DennisRiceJr) reportedAfter checking availability on the @virginmobilecan website, then with a CSR, then signing up, the @Bell tech doing the install informs me that 100 Mbps is not available at my address ("maybe 50"?). We've both had our mornings wasted. @VMCcare please fix your availability tool.
-
Kathy Milbs (@kathy_milbs) reported@Bell_Support My Fibe Internet is down in the Ottawa area. Could you please provide an ETA for a resolution?
-
Valarie Findlay (@JaneMoneypenny) reported@maureensmith232 @KTinnovate @Bell_Support Oh, I've already switched; I had to wait for them to admit to their errors in writing first so that I wasn't breaching the old contract.

Heather J Wood (@rollwithheather) reportedAnd the worst thing is - one has to it everyone year or @bell will just raise my rates & lower my service level without telling me. The call centre person was like "wow, you're paying $105 a month for just #Fibe50?"
-
Treatz (@Treatz_1) reportedUpdate: 3 calls from @Bell. Several made up theories about how we need home phone for DSL. A call about why we don't have a dial tone (we're on dry loop) they finally figured out there's an outage in our area affecting the whole street. Save me @SpaceXStarlink ship my kit please!

trevk (@trevk) reported@Bell_Support This morning it seems ok, but it cut out a few times yesterday and around 12:00 midnight for a bit.

Trudy Morgan-Cole (@trudymorgancole) reported@rollwithheather @Bell I hate that Bell makes you go through this dumb “customer loyalty/retention” dance to give you rates they were obviously willing to give you anyway!! Such a ridiculous system.

Cllum Inch (@CallumInch) reported@NBACanada @Bell Honestly why, i don’t have an issue with it but they shouldn’t be getting chosen just because they’re female
