So much about @Bell customer service... they were supposed to call me back 2h ago. Great incompetence and bad network options for rural Canada combined frustratedcustomer #nointernetsucks

@Bell has been down in my city for three days. Service Technicians are “looking into it.” Bunk.

@Bell_Support I think the issue still remains that you folks are trying to push these to the wrong email. I've updated this info on my account dashboard multiple times, and over the phone, but it still appears to be an issue.

@Bell_Support I’m sorry but you have the WORST coverage. Almost anywhere in Norfolk County, ON gets zero to 1 bar on LTE and most of the time it’s 3G which doesn’t work for anything. Contract done in a year and I’m back with Rogers. At least they have coverage that works!

@Bell Just got a call from you, offering a better deal for tv, phone + internet, than our current Bell rate. We asked if we could get it. Bell: no, it's for new customers only. Us: then why did you call us? Bell: if you're not happy with Bell, why don't you switch to Rogers. RUDE

@Bell Very disappointed in Bell's service. I asked for internet service and 1 day after installation, I am having issues. Now they want to force me to pay extra to resolve my issues. How is that fair, do the telecommunications regulators know that they do business this way ?

@DPocroianu @Bell I bought my modem or rather I was forced to pay for it. Cancelled my service in April now they want 100 for the modem! I paid for it not sending it back unless they give me a refund! Modem rental was never on the bill. @Bell_Support

A month ago, a @Bell_Support agent promised me that someone would call me to discuss compensation for the trouble they had caused me by promising to fix a problem every month for several months. They lied on both counts. Problem not fixed, no call back. Watch this space. 1/2
