@Bell_Support in 3 months you can't provide service to where I need to be? Talked to a rep who kept me on hold for 20 then spoke to a supervisor who wanted me to go back to sales, then hung up on me. Thinking of switching 3 phone contracts to another services #badcustomerservice

Hey @bell, after 6 + hours on the phone, over 2 days, getting transferred >10 times, I still don't have any resolution to internet service not working at our office for over a week? Tech was scheduled for today - they no showed - no solve yet during 3hrs on phone support. WTF?

@MikeatLFPress @Bell_Support And I'll add, I'm not a Bell customer. But they had strung up a line across the front of my house, through my tree and connecting 3 doors down for MONTHS. When I complained finally, it was fixed.

We've been paying @Bell 10$/mth for long distance services for over 20 years. The service has stopped working and @Bell refuses to help because they've decided to subcontract the service without ever notifying us. #bell #bellcanada #bellmobility

@Bell_Support hey Bell. Hospital tried to get a hold of me regarding recent blood work, the notice they got? NUMBER NOT IN SERVICE. Are you FKIN kidding me. Needing to travel through country to hospital let alone epileptic this phone is a life line. Same # 4 over 15 yrs.
