Home phone not working call to get it repaired and told I can’t unless I change type of service. This was not communicated. Told if I hadn’t switched my service would just be discontinued. Had a traditional landline for a reason and change was not communicated @bell @bell_support

@Bell no big surprise my internet is out again. It's a daily occurrence. Either out or slow. Today I think it's because it's spitting out. I've had a technician come already and they said they 'fixed' the problem 🙄
