@Bell Very poor service by bell, cancelled my service with out telling and increased my plan rate without informing. Scam a very big scam by increasing price without informing from preauthorised payments. Very unprofessional unethical experience. @Virgin @Rogers

Well @bell it was good for a few days. 29 disconnects in the last 4 hours....and no resetting the modem, my network card, or my computer will not work.

horrible experience with @Bell today - would strongly recommend if you’re located in Canada to avoid using their services. Complete disregard for the fact that they’ve messed up and they refuse to do anything about it. Absolutely horrible and unfair customer experience.

@Bell I called to cancel my TV subscription as all I needed was internet, told it would cost $135 a month since cancelling a package. Asked if there wasn't a loyal price and told no. So I cancelled and went to Cocego for $55 a month for two years.

Hey @TELUS think maybe in southwestern Ontario we could get some better service? I’m dropping calls in the middle of my yard with nothing overhead blocking reception……. Been like this for a while now, nothing new… maybe @Rogers or @Bell can hook my buisness up better??

@Bell why? Are you really just unable to provide internet service?

@Bell you’ve now disconnected me twice! Another agent in Philippines couldn’t hear me. Now I’ve been on hold for 25 minutes! You’ve twice sent me modems that don’t work and Bell admits it. Purolator gets 2 back a day at my location only! I want compensation! Horrible service!

@BobWeeksTSN Ya Rogers Jack Nicklaus still… not good. A great reason to cancel @Rogers and switch to @Bell

You're brave @Bell... sending me an advertisement for a service I cancelled that costs the same as the service I have now and is 1000Mbps. How about you actually get Fiber internet to where I live so I can get 3Gbps!
