@Bell_Support Really disappointed in @Bell customer service & support. No Internet for days and the technician who is supposed to show up yesterday never came. Tenant also can’t work from home now. Why are we spending $100s a month for these ongoing issues? Fix it please!!

@Bell_Support @xHetvi Why do you need a customers number in order to know if your own lines are out of service?

@Bell_Support @Bell I’ve been waiting for 2 years to have a temporary line made permanent and buried. Lack of WIFI service has been so bad that I actually bought Rogers too. Today, I called the Loyalty Dept to explain the problem. Instead of helping, she hung up on me. Great svc!

@Bell I just wasted 3 hours on the phone trying to port my old phone number to your service that I signed up for. No one has been able to do it and so I have made the decision to cancel my new service with you and stick to my previous mobility provider.
