@Bell maybe you should call it the Lack of Help line. I've been on hold in voicemail jail for over 20 minutes to get technical support. #LackofRealCompetition

@Bell_Support 3rd day with no service at Vendor Insurance LTD. This is completely unacceptable. I need to speak with someone who has the authority to deal with this before lawyers get involved. My account is 10 years old, this is no way to treat a loyal client.

@Bell sends a marketing email to @LuckyMobileCan customers. Port over we have a great plan for you. It is a good offer so customer calls the toll free number. Three representatives later no one has record of that plan. #marketingfail #notreallysurprised #Bellbadcustomerservice

@Bell_Support hi! My internet speed is very, very slow. I’ve been waiting to speak with an agent all morning. Can you please help?

@Bell_Support Been on the phone with Bell for 45 minutes trying to transfer phones lines to a different account. YOU want to charge me $45 + tax (per line) to keep me as a customer? Really? Awful customer service. Really considering cancelling all my cellphone lines now.

@Bell just an FYI, if I wasn’t forced to keep you because of some archaic deal with my condo, I’d cancel everything. You and your bundles are garbage.
