@Bell Why is so hard to cancel my services with you! I've been on hold for 30 mins while your Customer Service guy "locates" my file? Where does he have to go to get it? Or, is this Bell's corporate greed, keep them on hold, hope they hang up so you can't cancel your services!

@Bell_Support #promarktelecon while the techs working in my area were burying lines, my internet was severed and my driveway dug up. I work from home and rely on the service to do my job. I’m a Rogers customer, so why was my internet cut and not fixed? I received no info on this.

@Bell Internet down since Sunday morning!! Called the service center and apparently the modem was busted. Since then been to the store thrice already.. each time your team is unable to associate the account with the new modem. Such a bad show!! Everything but #bellforbetter 💔😖

@Bell Screwed me over again, said they'd slow internet from 25mbs download to 10 download at 350gbs. Didn't tell me they'd also lower my upload from 5mbs to 1mbs. Streams are non existent until further notice!

@Bell_Support So ETA? Business phones are down. You are using “partner towers” and their customer are fine. Makes us want to switch to Telus or Rogers until Bell has their own in the area. Big boo to the communications on this.
