@Rogers That’s okay @Rogers I’ve contacted @bell and they are going to accommodate my entire service package for a better price!

@Bell I have been trying to buy your Rural Internet offering for my Vacation Property and I must say that the people in your Customer Service Center, are undertrained, uninformed, inappropriately managed and frankly rude!

  • PatakAttack Ben Pataki (@PatakAttack) reported

@Bell fibre optic line layed in my neighborhood, caused my existing internet line to be cut leaving me without since Saturday... Called without resolution, nice to wait on hold for 20 min to be told nothing can be done...

@Bell_Support Is there an internet outage in Oakville currently? Using another provider for my phone currently but no home internet

  • therealworker Therealworker (@therealworker) reported

@Bell Your ads are almost as terrible as the services you provide #BellIsGarbage

  • 37000_ft Frank Monaco (@37000_ft) reported

@Bell your teams consistently blind transfer calls, place customers an extensive hold with dead air, which candidly isn’t a hold at all but rather mute the line while doing god knows. When requesting a supervisor, they transfer to agents rather then management support.

  • bvalderrama Bryan Valderrama (@bvalderrama) reported

You guys can’t ignore me forever @Bell @Bell_Support no internet and phone service now for 6 hours!!

  • RHYOT 𝙍𝙃𝙔𝙊𝙏 (@RHYOT) reported

@FEYLN_ @Bell Tbh I still have my US service. Canadian telecom is so jacked up. I asked someone here at Best Buy mobile about the cheapest unlimited plan, he goes “oh, they’re all pretty much unlimited now, you just choose how much data you want” He thought I meant minutes. What? WHAT?!
