@Bell_Support Hey Bell, quite displeased as your phone techs are now TWO WEEKS into delaying a service call to get my 101-year-old Grandma's phone set up, at #sunnybrook in the Veteran's Wing. Apparently some issues with your techs doing a rapid test/vax. What's with that?

Hey @Bell your customer service is atrocious! I've been paying $5 a month for a receiver I return in Jan. Multiple emails, online chats and phone calls have resulted in nothing. You're about to lose a longtime customer over $5!

We requested an upgrade to Bell Total Connect, Bell Canada disconnected our analog lines before hooking up the digital lines. Our business phone lines are down since morning @Bell @Bell_Support URGENT Pls restore our phone lines.
