@meredithheron @Bell @Bell_LetsTalk I swear I talked to the same guy yesterday. Was almost like dealing with the mafia. Lying to me about me account usage, I proved him wrong by going online and walking him through MyBell to show him the facts, told him “I caught you on that one” he then started with “please sir stop, please sir stop” in a panic then hung up like he was acting for the people around him. My blood was boiling. I’ll go to Bell store today to file a formal complaint then I’ll go find a new cell provider.
