    @Pammerhockey @Bell_Support Do that with Rogers once a year. Probably could do it more often because it isn't a contract deal. In 2020, they offered me the EXACT same services, but for $15.50/month less. The whole system is so stupid. That said, dealing with Rogers CSR since I switched in '08, seems better.

    @Pammerhockey @Bell_Support Never trust big biz. Remember when insurance cos. first introduced data tracker apps, advertising "it'll only be used to calculate discounts, never to increase premiums". The whole time lobbying insurance regulators to let them use the data against customers. ON let them last yr.

    @Bell @KayNurse11 That's great for the support but why not try and do something for loyal customers on their bill or services. Bell are a bunch of crooks and all they do is gauge customers. I already cancelled my mobility and fibe and internet are next. Bunch of crooks.

    @Bell your customer service needs work! I've been trying to get my fibe tv box fixed for 2 days......been hung up on.....waited for over 4 hours.....had to call back 8 times and I'm still no closer to resolving this issue.

    Never to trust @Bell regardless the reassurance they provide. Shady business shouldn't be tolerated. Thanks @FidoSolutions for the assistance. As for @Bell ... 🖕🖕🖕 For lying for a "sale" 3/3

    If I had known it would 5 days, 20 phone calls, 8 hang ups, no call backs and ZERO customer service, I never would have given @Bell our business. This has been an exercise in how not to treat your customers. #bellsucks
