I guess @Bell doesn't want to provide internet to Nunavut. Zero support from @Bell or their single representative for the entire territory in Iqaluit. I guess @qiniq is the right option

@Bell_Support My internet has been down since before 11am today. I work from home, so this negatively impacts my livelihood. Will Bell issue a credit for this outage since it has been down for my work day? I am in Milton, ON. Would love to know when it will be back up!

The installation still has not been completed and it is now 4 months since the @bell service tech threw 100 meters of fiber cable on the surface of my property. Video coming so there is a record.

@Bell You charged us for "fibre" for 2 years at 120 dollars a month with speeds never getting over enough to stream netflix without buffering time and again. We find out from a bell employee just recently that there isnt even fibre on our street. This is theft. We fired Bell promptly.

@Bell what a joke, I get a support person who says they want to help in private DM, and then responds I am being transferred to another department and two hours now no reply from them either! This is laughable now, they can’t possibly think this is ok?
