@Bell_Support That's how a functional email service manages things. I guess Hotmail, or Outlook, or whatever is "powering" Sympatico and Bell mail these days takes a different approach.

**** @Bell worst product in Canada is Bell Internet. Paying for 6 mbps, never see over 2, and this morning at a whopping 0.15mbps, I cannot wait until @SpaceXStarlink is available here, going to trim the useless fat that is Bell, that day!!!!!

@Bell I ordered a phone plan and the order summary is different from what I was told on phone. I have been trying to resolve it since nov 22 but with no luck. Today one of your customer representative hung up on me! Excellent customer service!! I might very well stick with rogers.

@Bell_Support Bell only catered to customers who wants to get their service. When you want to cancel. They purposely make you wait forever on the phone!!!! It is taking someone to check my info for more than half an hour!! How does it make sense? Customer service my ***!

@Bell 10 calls, asking to be transferred to a manager and being transferred to another agent instead, and being told another department can handle it and then them telling they can't. How does one become a new customer with Bell?!?! Worst customer service ever...

@Bell_Support your escalation agent called “Red” has extremely poor. If persons like her is what you have as agent I can guarantee you will have more customers leaving bell.

@Bell_Support why am I on hold during a SCHEDULED call? Where the AGENT CONTACTED ME.... this is 🤬 frustrating. I want to cancel my services now, making me wait on the phone is not going to change that. Wake up
