BUT the damn modem

Their customer service were terrible like a hole bunch of high school kids handling your account

I have felt these tactics by multiple organizations including #WCB, #AISH, #CRA, Insurance Providers and Employers, with a few being of my own fight. Money lost will never provide enough compensation for the lost life.

I pay my bills weeks in advance so I know that wasn't the issue, but they went ahead just cancelled it lol fml
