@Bell_Support Hiya. Is this the right account for the Bell Wireless Internet support? My bandwidth is okay, when the connection works. But it drops constantly. Streaming video buffers. Social messages fail to send. DNS fails. I've reset the modem many times at all times of day.

  • weskerfoot Wes 🇵🇸 (@weskerfoot) reported

Why is @Bell allowed to just randomly install their fiber service that I don't want and didn't ask for into my apartment? They don't even have to allow third party ISPs access like @TekSavvyBuzz That's bullshit. 🖕

@RogersHelps absolute worst service provider in this country for sure - I wonder worldwide? no wifi, cable, phone - every few days - no explanation - can't WFH & spending $ for data. Time to make the switch to @bell after 30 years. Shameful company, all greed, nothing else.

@Bell_Support Hello, I would like to get the phone number or email address where I can speak to a manager regarding a complaint for a rude bell technician who was at my address.

@FF_MuTeX @Bell Can you get your own modem ? If so that’s the way to go those modems the isp give you are horrible

  • araouf Ahmed (@araouf) reported

@Bell so your "loyalty department" employee kept me on the line for 1 hour and 16 minutes and decided that it was OK not to apologize for the wait. Just wanted to let you know the least you could do to your "loyal" customers is to hire people with manners to service them.

  • CDanWolski DWolsk (@CDanWolski) reported

@Bell_Support can someone clarify if there is any issue with internet services in the Danforth area? The tools says there is, the website says there is not.
