@ryangerritsen @Bell My Rogers as well will be expiring at the end of the month. Not looking forward to haggling with the Rogers personnel. I find it stressful. Why not raise the cost of my service to the cost of living every year rather than go through this rigmarole every freaking year!

@ryangerritsen @Bell They are all the same. Every few months you have to spend a whole lot of time of the phone with what they call customer retention - renegotiating your services to bring the price down. It is a game. However, at the end you will always pay more even after so called discounts.

This looks like I've solved the Fourier integral transform crack in the @Bell system, the front brain intelligent will have to look at their own fix.

@ryangerritsen @Bell Been a loyalty customer for over ten years and I just call and they bump it back down. Took $30 off last time I called.

@ryangerritsen @Bell They often don’t notify you of increases either. Ours increased a lot and we had no warning. No one could tell us why until we escalated it to management. We cancelled our services and got a better deal and better service elsewhere.

@Bell has some of the worst customer support in the world. Absolutely insanity trying to get a technician to site.

@Bell_Support Internet Finally back Friday morning. Apparently, there was a serious outage in my area since very early Monday morning.

@Bell Bell's technical support is giving me a run-around every time I need help with my TV box. I have so many problems for the last almost 3 months. They tell me this and that, etc.... My last call with them wasn't even in the record and nobody with Bell knows what my problem is.

@stcrawford2 @Bell Yeah, further entrenching Bell is what we need to do. They don't have quite enough of a stranglehold on the market. You didn't invite Rogers so they could just sit down and split up the map?
