Hey @Bell_Support & @bestbuy When you get money from our elders for a cable wifi service and a tv, at the very least- give them the decency of a tutorial to show them how to use it. #lockdown doesnt mean take and not help.

Our internet has been out all day. We called Bell early this am and they promised to call back between 10-11am. It’s now nearly 5 hours beyond that and no call. I can’t believe that a business can run like this This is some crummy customer service. @Bell_Support

@Bell I experienced an internet outage for ~3 days due to a faulty/ damaged line in a PON device. I (as well as many others) work from home now therefore internet is critical. What is Bell's plan to reduce the customer impact during these events?
