@Bell 1. I have been living in Canada for 7 years. Bell is the worst internet provider I met. Before we moved in a condo downtown Toronto, I contacted a sales to install modem. The sales said it’s easy to install just plugging in, no need to book installation.

@Bell preventing me from working today. Stream is canceled. Internet and Modem Provisioning issues that they swear they can't do over the phone. @Bell any reason why I have to have techs keep coming out? Not to mention I need to set aside my literal entire day. Very inconvenient

Very weird interaction with @Bell_Support last night. They send me their latest fibre modem to install which was not receiving a signal. I called and was told that there was an outage in my area that could last 24-48 hours.
