Horrible service recover from @bell … incorrect info initially provided, followed by three failed home install attempts PLUS endless loss of tim time spent on hold ‘because if you hang up I’ll have to answer another call’. Top it off…still no visit. Loss of #Trust

@Bell_Support me and my neighbors using Bell Wireless internet via the cell tower in Port Lambton, ON have terrible internet since Friday. Speed test (when it works) shows@decent download speed, but@latency around ~1500 ms and zero upload speed. Ref ticket 486422.

@DFisman @Bell i'm all for combating ageism in the workplace, but i remain extremely skeptical about Big Brands and their brand-activism. $100K donated to a *corporate-led* initiative is nothing. Less than nothing. Sorry. That's not even a down payment on a house, these days.

What's up with @bell @Bell_Support repeatedly refusing to send a technician to help my 86 year old grandmother fix her tv/ internet? She's been a customer for 60 years and is blind and deaf. She pays hundreds of dollars a month only to be treated like this? Outrageous.
