@Bell_Support we’ve had no internet for 2 weeks, and have gone through 2 rounds of calling for tech help, only to have bell rep claim they couldn’t hear me because they’re mic is faulty. AND THEY DON’T CALL BACK EVER!!

@Bell_Support I had an awful experience trying to return a fibe tv box. The 4th person finally told me the steps taken but the 1st promised to email me a packing slip that NEVER ARRIVED ! 2nd person was unless. The 3rd wss nice but still clueless ! Damn this is pathetic !

@SamsungCanada I just upgraded to a S21 5G from @Bell and it just arrived and only has a USB-C to USB-C cable and no block. All my previous blocks and car charger are standard USB. WTF?

@Bell_Support Phone line and internet are completely dead and no techs available until tomorrow between 3-5pm! Being a loyal customer means nothing apparently, guess no school or work for us #goingtogetfired
