    @Bell_Support Our Stingray music channels are all off. 900 series channels. Says to reboot box but that doesn’t help. Is that the outage you’re referring to ? Hamilton ON.

    @Bell_Support I’m a Bell customer but no matter what I do can’t access online - all kinds of stuff about disabling this and that and it still doesn’t work. Both Netflix and Amazon are a breeze to connect so why all the problems with Bell?

    @Bell_Support I've tried calling but your recording says you aren't taking calls (???) And to come on here but your tweet suggests its only satellite. How am I to know now if this is the same issue or not?

    @Bell_Support I have zero satellite tv and cannot reach anyone for support by phone. Your recording keeps hanging up on me.

    @braedentaylor @Bell_Support Same here... HD receiver doesn't work but good old 4100 does...too bad it won't hook up to my main tv.
