Once a month a spend almost an entire work day on the phone with @Bell_Support to try and solve the same problem that I've never been able to solve. It gives me so much anxiety that I almost cry and quit my job. I can't explain just how ****** this is.

@Bell @TSN_Sports Its been 31 days since I order did my device upgrade and about 10 days saying that shipment delayed due to some reason and I requested a cancellation but they told me wait 3 days; after 7 days they still tell me they cannot cancel the device upgrade.

@Bell_Support and @bell has the worst customer service I ever experience in Canada. All the representative just people who has no Idea what is going on and just put the customer in loop forever. Hats off to #rogers #customerservice #customerexperience
