@Bell wants to charge me $122 to ship a wifi extender because their modem doesn’t cover my whole house and the new one doesn’t work! They’ve sent me 2 modems already then tell me they have problems with the configurations! WTF?

  • ilikefastintern polarissucks (@ilikefastintern) reported

@scottwisniews as someone with no cell service i can't wait until @Bell rolls this out in Canada

  • Apurva_cosmic Apurva chavda (@Apurva_cosmic) reported

Hey @Bell, I’ve been struggling with slow internet speeds for months. I’ve called several times, but nothing has been resolved. Promised call backs never happened. This is unacceptable for a paying customer—when will you finally fix this?

  • cenattori cenattori (@cenattori) reported

@Bell 1) A Bell rep promised me a price for internet service over the phone. My first bill came at a much higher amount. Another rep admitted they couldn’t honor what was promised, so I cancelled the service.

  • dpriest Darren (@dpriest) reported

I genuinely wonder why the Crave streaming app is so terrible. Is it just that @Bell doesn't have developers who are as good as other companies? No financial incentive to be better?

  • Mr_S_Ont Mr S (@Mr_S_Ont) reported

Hey @TSN_Sports trying to watch @RugbyCanada but when I sign in with my @Bell account it doesn't work. Assuming it's a bell issue since they can't get anything right. Sad that I'm missing such a crucial game. Anyone else having this issue ?

  • TahmohPenikett Tahmoh Penikett (@TahmohPenikett) reported

@Rogers on hold 44 minutes now. For the highest profiting cellular provider in Canada, you guys sure provide absolute shite service. Ridiculous. Hire more staff. Can’t even get a specialist online, as there’s a massive queue. @Bell @TELUS who’s looking for a new customer?

  • glamzpalaceco Online Boutique 🧚‍♀️ (@glamzpalaceco) reported

@Bell has had me without TV since Aug 28. 2 busted receivers, 1 “lost” in Purolator land, and now they want $75 to fix THEIR mess. Yet somehow still sending me a bill. Paying for air must be Bell’s new service. #bellcanada #bell

@Bell worst service ever, and seems no one working there can fix the problem?!!!

  • danielmullen Daniel Mullen (@danielmullen) reported

@sdpate @Bell Bell has many, many picocell repeaters on poles, but it all goes back to pushing 5G, which can require ten times more service points than 4G, when there are no really compelling reasons for it for most people.
