cb (@cb4ca) reported@Bell Bell cancelled my wifi by mistake and now tell me it will take a week to fix as they have to set up a new account. Oh and they are charging me for that. The lack of ability to solution and provide acceptable customer is astounding! @Bell do better!!!

If it keeps happening in future during the day again then I told my Mom to call Bell support.

Tracey Matthews (@tmottawa2013) reported@rcarrick @Bell @Bell My Mom is pretty savvy so when her alt tv started giving her weird channels and none of what she pays for she tried to fix with her online account. No luck. 1 week and about 2hrs a day later no resolve. Keeps getting passed around and put on hold. She tries everyday.

We were promised a deal for our new home (it was on our existing file).They said the offer was no longer available. A supervisor fixed it & even he was apologetic b/c he saw on my file it was prearranged. Horrible customer service!
