This is so frustrating. They have all the time in world to make spam calls and give fake promotions instead of looking into and calling back for real issues. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 For sure not recommending BELL to anyone in future. @Bell

@TylerClarkeMB @Bell Hi Tyler, I am sorry you have decided to move on. As you know, your request was for the cable service we provide in that area, and that service is typically amenable to a self-install. No visit is required, but it assumes the house is actively connected. This was not the case.1/3

@Bell_Support hey guys if im paying the amount i am every month, how about we work on the stability of the connection? "fiber lines never go down, 100% uptime" ok lmfao

  • sontay75 Sonja Taylor (@sontay75) reported

So much about @Bell customer service... they were supposed to call me back 2h ago. Great incompetence and bad network options for rural Canada combined frustratedcustomer #nointernetsucks

@TheAwkwardDrop @Bell_Support It's a fibre line so Bell better fix it fast before someone pulls it and kills Internet for the hood.

  • Eric0Lawton Eric Lawton (@Eric0Lawton) reported

A month ago, a @Bell_Support agent promised me that someone would call me to discuss compensation for the trouble they had caused me by promising to fix a problem every month for several months. They lied on both counts. Problem not fixed, no call back. Watch this space. 1/2

Everything I have is @Bell . We've upgraded your service - I thought I already had the quickest service with you & pay for unlimited. Oh we want to get you the even quicker service (cha-ching!!). Get lost @Bell . You keep trying to screw us -do you WANT me to go to Rogers?

  • RichardsDragon LRichards (@RichardsDragon) reported

@Bell Just got a call from you, offering a better deal for tv, phone + internet, than our current Bell rate. We asked if we could get it. Bell: no, it's for new customers only. Us: then why did you call us? Bell: if you're not happy with Bell, why don't you switch to Rogers. RUDE

  • VMediaTV VMedia (@VMediaTV) reported

@TylerClarkeMB @Bell For this reason the cable provider was required to visit to ID and fix the problem. Your new choice is an entirely different platform, DSL and not cable. We could have provided that to you as well at your request. We truly did treat your issue with the utmost urgency.2/3
