@Bell I’m cancelling my home internet and cable service with Bell this week. I cannot afford nor justify $185 per month for basic services. This is day light robbery!

@Bell_Support @Bell I’ve worked on (and *run*) help desks before so I’m *always* nice to support staff when I call in. But I really don’t appreciate 1) being billed incorrectly, and 2) being put on hold for 20+ minutes and then hung up on.

@Bell_Support @Bell Back in Dec I was offered an upgrade to 20 GB of shareable data between 2 phones. However I keep getting billed pay-per-use on one of the phones. I called last month & it was supposedly “resolved”. But it happened again today. I contacted support again today…

Dear @Bell_Support you will never get another dime from us. We regret using your services for the time that we did. We will never recommend you to anyone, aside from enemies. Take care.

@Bell_Support I called this number on Friday and spoke to Patrick in your loyalty department. He was very dismissive and basically told me there is nothing Bell can do about my concerns. As a customer with bell alarm, bell mobile, bell internet & bell tv I feel totally devalued.

@Rogers That's too bad. I will have to cancel my account to @Bell as they allow this.

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell @TELUS Then Telus proceeds to say it’s my own fault for having to much in the network lol. I’ve had more then this in the past with no problem, until they sent me the new modem, since then, it went to hell for speed and reliability!
