Lingx_Cats (@Lingx_Cats) reportedHey @Bell , your new ai data centre being built is a horrible investment and will only damage the environment, and your advertisement that has a part saying that it will “create jobs for First Nations peoples, its a really good opportunity for my community.” Is distasteful as f.

Randy 🎗️ 🇨🇦 (@sunnydriver1970) reported@Reil76 @Bell 3/ key placement of the one device is very important. The basement is the worst location for almost any home.

Void 🖤✨ PRE-DEBUT-ish (@VoidVesselVT) reported@Bell @Bell_Support I had the worst time this morning trying to explain my very basic connection issue to your customer service today. I have no Internet. Bro wanted me to go to a website, couldn't grasp that being on "the WiFi" would make that impossible, and that my using my phone for Internet means I can't do the modem registration he's asking me to do. I asked him so many times to forward me to another person, which he refused. After begging, he said he could if he charged he $75 , I said fine, then he charged me, gave me a time window tomorrow that someone will be by, and basically said bye. So, no, I didn't actually get to talk to anyone useful today. 0/5 stars.

DB Steiger (@DBSteiger) reported@Bell You have proved time and again that you don't actually care. The DM's go nowhere, solve nothing, and never escalate things to where they need to be. Pretending to ride in on white horse going "WELL ACTUALLY!" doesn't help. I gave up using Bell in favor of the slightly less horrid Telus, and at least I can get service when I call them. Hell, even that reply sounds like it was AI written. I have zero faith in your company left, and at 41 I hold a long grudge. It would take something significant to change my mind, after the hell you caused me.

Scott Simpson -- Remedies Online Counseling 🏳️🌈 (@RemediesPodcast) reportedThe Bell phone corporation are quite the scammers. We stopped all my elderly mother's Bell services, sent back the equipment, but they continued to charge her via a pre-authorized agreement. Tried calling customer service @Bell_Support and it is a clown show designed to frustrate.

scot stevens (@scot1Tguy) reported@bell new home customer internet/cable. placed a call July 30th. Only getting partial service promised by salesman. No callback yet. Not a good start

NS (@kojam2022) reported@Bell_Support Just checked the app and see a notice that you're doing planned network maintenance. I have done backbone IT support for some BIG providers over the years. Never would/could we disrupt service. You don't have fail over or redundancy to mininmalize disruption? 😡

Darin (@Bassn103456) reported@cdn_karma @Bell one more down but elbows up
