@Bell_Support 48 hours won't help me teach tomorrow. Been on the phone with support for an hour and a half. I am assuming that this isn't an area outage then?

@justinpitcher @Bell I absolutely agree. Sasktel has a service that's 10 down 2 up and it's $150 a month. After 200GB it's throttled to 2 down, 256k up. Or, pay $100 for 100GB and then pay $20/25GB up to 100GB then $3/GB after that. Neither of them are even useful with those limits.

I am guessing @Bell doesn't let me tweet because all of their employees giggle or hang up on me. Neither is funny.

Hey @Bell_Support, not sure what kind of CSRs you have working your loyalty department this morning but the man I just got was horrendous. Answered the phone with a curt "Hello," no name, and wanted me to cancel my services instead of trying to keep me as a customer.

Hey @Bell why am I being charged for a month of service at an apartment that I no longer live at? This is some BS right here.
