    @Bell_Support pvr lost its mind. first favorites list disappeared, 2 reboots and only channel 1 appears, no other channel. seriously considering cable cutting when crap like this happens.

    .@Bell, @Bell_Support why are you sending out door to door salespeople during the peak of the worst wave of COVID? Do you think sending a stranger to every house in a neighbourhood is an effective method of slowing the spread?

    @Bell_Support yup total crap at this time. either my pvr is crap or fibe is out. matter what I do only channel 1 appears, even on the guide. maybe @Videotron has better service.

    @Bell_Support Call....again? Or fix it myself? No. I'm not paying a dime until my (very helpful) Case Manager, Denise (ext. 3007) calls me back AND I'm satisfied with my speed and the price as well (the price wasn't even discussed during the most recent activation of my account).

    @Bell_Support @Bell Terrible company. Have had nothing but bad experiences with their services. Speeds are falsely advertised, do not purchase from Bell.
