@Bell_Support I’m having issues with my TV, and now the #BellFibe app. Seriously, @Bell is starting to act like @Rogers and I’m starting to wonder why #TV is even necessary. What’ll you do to make my huge cable bill worth it? I’m ready to scrap Bell.

Just spent 45 minutes on hold with @Bell to learn human error has caused an email outage since 4.30am. We were 1st told it would fixed at 10:30 am A very nice tech just said 5pm Sunday? Bell is using fancy language to not say what the problem is and is not sending text alerts?

@Bell_Support Wish I found this thread before self troubleshooting- assuming it was an iOS issue removed all email accounts and tried to re add - re add impossible system won’t add email stating no account exists? 😳
