@Bell_Support my fine connection was cut today. Your service staff were outside. I booked an appointment for tomorrow. I got a text message saying the appointment is cancelled because there is an outage. Outage check tells me that isn't true and my neighbour's connection is fine.

  • bensures bensures (@bensures) reported

@Bell_Support thanks, I understand you can’t look into the costs for three days, but I really think it would be great if you looked into the bigger picture problem of taking advantage of certain demographics by charging double

  • laauraumana Laura (@laauraumana) reported

no bc i cancel the bundle i had with @Bell and the internet was amazing … soon as i cancelled it and said i only wanted the internet EVERYTHING went to **** and now my wifi is as useless as me.

  • jamie_facchini Jamie Facchini (@jamie_facchini) reported

@Bell How about when Bell continued to charge my deceased mom for service then refused to forgive the charges. The mental anguish you put my sister through is dispicible. Please don’t pretend you care about people!! 🤬

  • Habman999 Michael Kalinowska (@Habman999) reported

@Bell How about building out a half decent infrastructure so I don’t have to contact your endlessly trying tech support every month….or supplying receivers and modems that are complete garbage…

  • Cheridonna84 cherry pie (@Cheridonna84) reported

Wow @Bell I’ve been a customer for over 16 yrs & never dealt with the crap I did today!!!! I’m so upset and disappointed!!!!

  • SteveUlrichCSM Steve Ulrich (he/him) (@SteveUlrichCSM) reported

@Bell_Support Unsure why you can’t publicly acknowledge that you’re advertising and charging for 5G service and not actually providing it in the area in question. But dm sent (again)

  • SteveUlrichCSM Steve Ulrich (he/him) (@SteveUlrichCSM) reported

@Bell_Support Happy Friday! Please confirm when Bell will either fix the cell service OR properly market the service in the area (as it’s currently falsely marketed as 5G) thx

  • Sean_K_McLean Sean McLean (@Sean_K_McLean) reported
