That moment when you call @Bell_Support about your appointment from 12-5 and they say they might pick up the dispatch. I might get my internet installed today. Really? How am I paying for a service, and have a clause that if I might not be here I might be charged a fee.

  • its_just_dave Dave Is Fine (@its_just_dave) reported

Hey, @TELUS your customer support is becoming weak like @Bell. I'd love to pay my security portion of the billing but to do so you'd have me/customers dismantle the actual panel to find the IMEI code on the back. You need to seriously think about that for even a second.

  • Chris_Lumley Chris Lumley (@Chris_Lumley) reported

@jamesrandersen @Bell_Support Also very close to Qualicum currently. Experiencing the same issues as you just mentioned. Even under 5 bars of service its absolutely incredibly slow. Dial up speeds even connected to 5g. Not impressed with the service right now.

@sugar_maddiee @Bell_Support Do you mind commenting on this? With an employee name and ID number… this issue should be easily resolved

  • AlexxGale Alexander (@AlexxGale) reported

@Bell_Support how come we’ve had your home hub 4000 for less than 3 weeks and it’s already required a service call and Just today broke completely? It hasn’t moved from my living room and it just keeps breaking 😭😭

  • itsdylangray Dylan Gray (@itsdylangray) reported

My fingers are crossed! 🤞 I left my provider of 15 years and now have had more problems in 2 weeks than I had with the other guys over a decade. @Bell_Support telling me I need to wait for a week for service because “there’s a lot of other customers having problems” 😲

  • OhhaiHeather Heather - #VoteFordOut2022 (@OhhaiHeather) reported

Would just like to reiterate to the planet that @bakamobile and @Bell are the devil incarnate and I will never have another account with them in my life. Baka never told me I signed a contract for **** service, I was led to believe I was continuing on monthly as for 8+yrs.

  • Kellring Stew (@Kellring) reported

@Bell Will Never buy another SANSUNG. They take over your product.

When for years company telephone systems have had the message, “Due to unusually high volume of calls” ….when does it become “usual” & when do you finally invest in staff and systems to fix this ?? @scotiabank @Bell

  • PatBordersChew Pat Borders' Chew (@PatBordersChew) reported

@Bell I want my money back. Your ****** network buffered and ruined my experience. Awful
