    @bell sales person told us we could get a $60 plan before checking that it was $80. He already transferred our number and it is still disconnected 24bhours later. Terrible customer service.

    @benmastin @Bell_Support Spent 1 hour on the phone trying to get an IP address. Then she told me there is an outage until 6pm.
