Don't get a phone with @Bell. Their service is spotty, they ship defective replacement devices, and then when you can't pay the $300 fee they charge for said broken device, they hound you day and night. When you offer an explanation, their deaf reps just keep asking for a date.

Utter disrespect of customer's inconvenience from @Bell / @Bell_Support My Internet, Home Phone and TV Services were left disconnected for 20+ hours due to a Bell Technician error. And redress? Take 10 bucks and take a hike!

@Bell I have had Bell for the last 7 years. The wifi started to get very slow during covid with everyone on Zoom.Bell told me to add these pods to boost the signal. The real problem was Bell throttling down the service and over selling speeds the infrastructure can't handle.

Was told @bell_support is “working on” the notion of sending out alerts whenever there is an outage. What next, the wheel? How will we manage with such progress.
