@Bell_Support I was able to get the situation rectified. You may want to consider the options available to support your customers. As well as the communication between associates when errors are made by bell. This whole situation could have been avoided and solved in minutes, not weeks.

@TELUSsupport Telus just installed modem to start internet & cell service. Was told old service at @shawinfo was not stopped & they'd charge $210 to cancel. @Bell.ca also said they'd not stopped service, but unlike Shaw, Bell honored our agreement not to charge me cancelation.
