    @Bell_Support Bell strikes again with subpar customer service! We’ve been without internet for over a week! Customer service has repeatedly over promised and under delivered! It’s AWFUL! Promised a tech was coming today at 8am, now we’ve been told the tech is coming tomorrow!

    I just spent 25 minutes on the phone with @Bell - jumping through recordings, left on hold.. Their rep was unable to properly explain WTF, and I was then disconnected when I asked to speak to a supervisor who might actually know WTF. Bell, you are devil's spawn. @Bell_Support

    @elliekennard @Eastlink @Bell Sorry to hear that, Ellie. You will want to reach out to your provider directly to troubleshoot any load time or speed issues. I realize your provider may be tagged in this reply—perhaps an official customer care channel is the most effective route for direct and swift support.

    Hi @Bell_Support. Highway 402 is a major international trade corridor. Do you think that the service along that corridor could be upgraded to allow for a simple phone conversation from end to end? It’s only 100km yet calls drop constantly.

    @Bell how do one get in contact with a senior supervisor. It’s hard to resolve an issue when your level one or two can not comprehend and talk over you. Very frustrating dealing with incompetent matchbook degree scholars
