    Hey @Bell_Support, please explain this logic. Yesterday afternoon (March 16) two Bell techs were working on a pole in my backyard - I have no idea why they were there but they knocked out my internet and TV service.

    @Bell I got 5ghz connection and a lan cable. Lag very often. Wifi signal on my phone will drop to 2 bars in my apartment lol. Phone bell and told I have faster internet tha u even provide. Yet I have constant connectivity problems. U seem to refuse to fix the situation. Bell Suuuucks

    @Bell_Support Are email notifications of new bills broken? Luckily I logged into mybell and sure enough a new bill there, but now I can't even find a field to check if notifications are set right or are even a thing. FYI, if you don't send my mom an email, you will not get paid.
