DonDraper (@OnAShipOfFools) reportedAfter a whole week, @Bell has been unable to address my email issues. One week. Can you imagine not having access to your email for a week? Bell technical said they would email me with a status update. You can’t make this stuff up

306 Shane (@NoSacredBeliefs) reported@Bell And DM'd you were... And unsurprisingly, you have no solutions. You discovered that life in Canada is expensive and so people are cutting down on expenses where they can... But you couldn't possibly have that. So now you seek to curtail one's ability to use their hotspot to try and drive people to take on Home Internet service... Something you don't even provide in the province of Saskatchewan. Interesting times when you opt to make your service delivery worse than Rogers.

mynameisray (@mynameisray) reported@Bell has some of the most disgusting customer service in the business. They do nothing to actually work with you, even long term customers are treated like absolute dog ****. Maybe it's time to look into @Rogers.

Northern Girl 🇨🇦 (@MarZimmAnn) reported@Reil76 @Bell Oh boy, I went 11 days without internet few years ago, sent me 2 different modems, couldn’t fix it over the phone, 2 repair visits before a supervisor finally showed up, looked in the main box in my townhouse complex and noticed someone unhooked me to use my line, brutal

Krista Jensen 🇨🇦 (@shortstuffpb) reported@Reil76 @Bell There's a faulty connection for the input signal somewhere, causing it to drop. When I had it happen, it was actually the modem, itself, but I had to totally spell out all the troubleshooting steps I'd taken to get them to listen to me.

EcstaticGamer (@ecstatic_gamer) reported@Bell_Support Does it usually take this long to DM a solution to a simple request?

theo (@bigpinuslinus) reported@Dylan_Gozens @Senators @Bell We have justified bad picks with the same logic. This time it’s actually valid. Injured in draft year is different than scouts being size queens
