    @booshmeister @Bell What did Bell do. I’ve been using them for years and never had a problem. Before that I had Rogers and did have problems with that.

    @ArleneDickinson Would love to support small business. But, (1) we are seniors on a fixed income (2) grocery prices increasing AND @Bell hiked their landline + charges on my latest bill. Increasing charges during a pandemic - shameful!

    @Bell_Support your rep scheduled my valet move for the wrong day. Then a rep failed to confirm the rescheduling, which I only found out when I called to check. And now I’m being told there will be no internet installed until late tomorrow. I work from home. Terrible service.

    Seriously I would probably get better wifi in the middle of Africa than I do with @Bell_Support 's most expensive plan absolutely terrible FFS it happens so frequently as well.

    @Bell @Bell_Support I am not interested in having to sign up for more services. I want Bell to deal with these annoying, harassing phone calls that keep happening. Surely a giant media company has technology to deal with this? Don’t just ignore this issue.

    @Bell_Support Our modem was replaced and our link modem died. We plugged in the new one and the service is beautiful!!!! Thanks to your team for acting so quickly.
