Same old story from @Bell_Support. Rural Canadians are just second class citizens. At least they admitted to issues in the area, but refuse to credit me for the time I've paid for no service. #CustomerServiceFail

  • balural Dr. Begum Alural (@balural) reported

@Bell_Support As if I haven't spoken to 6 different customer service specialists! Clearly not getting help from you, instead I am being told to wait 28 days..

  • mooseandmen Of moose and men (@mooseandmen) reported

Dear @Bell @Bell_Support . I know you're working as hard as you can to restore service in Eastern Ontario, but could send your customers a quick text or email to let us know when and for how long loss of service will be? You spam me all the time, so i know you have my contact.

  • Lauren_M_Barr Lauren Barr (@Lauren_M_Barr) reported

Currently getting 0.02 up with @Bell with our internet. Is that normal? (rhetorical question) ... when a tower is down for 2 months, you are impacting people's lives in drastic ways. This is not merely about the inconvenience, it is far beyond that. #rural #equity #crtc

  • Stormsoulz Jeremy (@Stormsoulz) reported

@Bell_Support your company's phone support is absolutely horrendous. Putting people on hold for 10+ minutes at a time and never getting any issues resolved. Disgusting

  • s_vagus07 Sola_vagus07 🇨🇦 (@s_vagus07) reported

@CirclEdgeInc @chopradishant @Bell I do too, I would love to find a cheaper alternative that doesn’t support the libs too

  • 3ig3aller3rand qwerty (@3ig3aller3rand) reported

@Bell_Support why is my FIBE INTERNET 1.5GB BOUNCING UP AND DOWN?? MY internet is so unstable my head is hurting from this LAG!

  • AsparagusGarden wijisixstar (@AsparagusGarden) reported

@Bell Bell has been throttling for years! They are the worst

  • Drew42thinks Drew42 (@Drew42thinks) reported

@Rogers @Bell @TELUS you know what would be a ingenious idea for mobile service plans, bundle cell phone with home internet, and your mobile data is simply an extension of your home internet. No more of this "unlimited" data throttled once you hit your cap.

  • TheW00dley Dave Woodley (@TheW00dley) reported

@Bell_Support To anyone who cares, hopefully someone at @CBCOttawa , there continues to be no calling ability in downtown Ottawa for some Bell users since Monday. Company has made no progress in resolving. Even emergency services cannot be reached by affected users.
