@Bell_Support Multiple devices, multiple people, multiple accounts. It’s not an individual issue. The issue has been intermittent today as well but not nearly as bad as yesterday.

@PXAbstraction @Bell Your connection should be free for the duration of the monitoring. That would ensure they don't let it drag out. "Oopsies, did we forget to end the monitoring? Our bad!"

I'm beyond exasperated with these issues as I've lost so much time and money as a result. I just want some clear, straight answers from @Bell and @TELUS about this issue in Kingston under Ticket No. 10151069.

@Bell_Support not happy with your Wireless Complaint resolution team. Managers claim to have solved the problem, problem remains unresolved. Another manager claims they fixed the problem, still unresolved weeks later. Get your act together, have someone competent contact me ASAP!

@PXAbstraction @Bell But that should be typical of a gamer, and gaming is very popular, so I suspect there are many users transferring large amounts of data. And so does streaming 4K, which I do more and more. BUT, that means nothing to the network until it starts running near capacity.
