@PLpelham @Bell_Support Rebooting the modern is the only other thing I can think of, but if there internet and other boxes work, it's a long shot. Hope Bell can fix you up though

@XxCarsten72xX @Bell_Support Not to mention telephone support. Instead of a vm saying they were experiencing outages, the vm said we’re busier than usual and aren’t taking calls. PS your virtual repair tool is useless

@Bell_Support We had it down for 5.5 hours. Glitchy for about 2 hours prior and glitchy 3 hours after. Still wasn't working 100% when I went to bed. Haven't checked today. So are we being compensated for yesterday's interruption? We were even unable to get the bell TV app up and running.

@Turns55 @Bell_Support Wow! That's a slap in the face. It's not like we can't see the huge outage map?🤪 @Bell_Support just admit when you have a problem!!! It would save so much time and phone calls. Duh

@Bell_Support Rebooting my receiver got me into trouble in the first place. Tried my TV this morning and it's working, thank heavens. For those of us who went without service for hours, do we get some compensation for paying for something we weren't getting?

@user14201 @Bell_Support I had the same problem. Finally after several technician visits, they found the issue. It was a short in the telephone wire and had nothing to do with my equipment. It was the most frustrating experience!

@Bell @Bell_Support Have been trying to contact #bell for over 24 hours and no response back. No internet service and every time an agent picks up, I’ve gotten hung up on or transferred to about two agents to get my line disconnected over and over again.

@Bell_Support Will you be providing customers with a refund for no service last night?

@Bell_Support Bell really did a bad job with such a massive outage yesterday. There is no excuse for not putting information out there sooner on social media letting your customers know what the heck was going on. Amateur hour. Do better Bell.
