@Bell your coverage is embarrassing! Loyal customer for nearly 18 years and will 💯 be switching to @Rogers in the fall, once my contract is up. There is no money any comparison. @Rogers is Canada's network!

  • tay_goldthorpe tay✊🏿✊🏽✊🏼✊🏾 (@tay_goldthorpe) reported

@Bell NEVER AGAIN. Had an appointment booked for over a month to get internet connected yesterday which never happen now you think you can charge for $300 in data overage charges with no warning? Unacceptable

  • Alchemist43_ Alchemist43 (@Alchemist43_) reported

So our @Rogers technician from Intek Communications pulled out the connection to our @Bell services today and decided to drive off. Problem solved right? Definitely no way that created a new problem... Thanks bud.

  • Strimtom Strimtom (@Strimtom) reported

I waited until sunday night at 7pm to find out that the @Bell_Support technician was unable to install my connection but was also unable to tell me why, but said that I would have someone here today (Monday) to solve this issue.

@Bell damn y’all are the worst! Who calls people late night for a review on a call ???? Customer service also really #bad. #dontuse #dontsupport

@INTERNET__RYAN @Bell_Support Is this where bell is supposed to announce outages? Like this ongoing one in Toronto's Little Portugal. FYI bell support says it will be resolved by 3pm Sunday. Seems like bell should be announcing this themselves?
