    @stunlokked @Bell Wait for a scamming (you know the demographic) door to door salesman. He will tell you about a new customer promo. You tell him you already have service. He tells you to pretend you're moving out of the country and close the acct. Sign up with another member of the house.

    @Bell_Support And now I'm being told by the customer service agent that I was "misled" by the former 2 agents about the bundle credit. The first agent told me to call back if credit wasn't applied; the second agent told me he re-applied the credit. Looks like it's time 2 find a new provider 🤞🏻

    @Bell_Support and @Bell I have placed a new wifi order and it's been 6 days and I am still waiting to get the modem. On your customer support they put for long hold (30min ) to just get an update. Is this how you welcome new customers ?

    @Bell wtf internet was **** so we called and change they made us change the modem, brand new modem and already the internet went out and gave up nothing works anymore wow great work and no more technitions on site wow
