Hey @Bell, @Bell_Support, any chance you're going to post some information about the service outage affecting large swaths of Ontario, incl Toronto?

  • CjHajer CJ ⚾️⚕💉 (@CjHajer) reported

@LeathemSam @Bell @Bell_Support Do you have Bell home phone too? Is it not also out? Can't imagine how their internet would work if the phone lines are not working. Why there's no news posted/trending on this blows my mind.

  • paisleymedia2 Michelle Muldoon (@paisleymedia2) reported

On my new phone with my new service provider. I've been with @Rogers for well over a decade but after several disappointments with them, I've moved over to @TELUS . @Bell wasn't in the running. They still need to apologize to #LisaLaFlamme .

  • oscher88 Omar R. (@oscher88) reported

Hit by a @bell outage right now...

As if the dumbing down of journalism wasn't enough the all female news team @YourMorning @ctvnewschannel was made to attempt to suck water thru a hot dog on live TV. One of them turned away from the camera recognizing how inappropriate this was. Shame on @Bell #Bell Media optics

  • LinkTimeMaster Lenn (@LinkTimeMaster) reported

@Bell I already cancel my bell and moved to Telus, I honestly hope the Canadian public stands up for themselves and #LisaLaFlamme does bell actually know that the Canadian consumers are the reason they are in the market position. They are in now…

Calling @Bell_Support @Bell is a day work. I need mentally prepared cuz Im always so exhausted after a call cuz they don’t give you what you should deserve it. they don’t offer you nice promo. Nice promo is only for a new customers, never current customers. #shareyourexperience

@tiredresearcher @Bell The landline is your emergency line, we have no cellular service this side of Halifax, no landline, no 911. It should have a high priority repair for safety. They'll still want to compensate you for inconvenience, and lower your bill for days of no service. It's a public utility

@Bell Hey Bell #LetsTalk shall we. For the past 2 years I've had horrible network service every time I call I get the same excuse where you team is just starting to do repairs on your towers. When I ask how long will it take you say I don't know could take weeks, months upto 1 year.
