@Bell_Support please train your customer service employees. I never had to ask a representative to tell me their name-they didn’t introduce themselves, asked questions about device&were given few word sentences. I called to add a device and didn’t proceed due to horrible service

@bell your phone service is great but your customer service doesn’t match. Worse experience I had tonight when your employee would rather me end my services. Then to help fix the problem. After tonight I will not be recommending bell to anyone.

@culleton_rose @Bell_Support No, it's just the same prob I had during the pandemic: Throttled service during business hours and 10 min of buffering to load a program. Techs tell me it's because they're too cheap to upgrade the service here within the major growth region of Belleville for the next decade.

And while I'm at it, **** you @Bell @TSN_Sports and @NHL. There is 1 god damn hockey game on right now and it's "blacked out"? What ******** does that even mean. I pay a metric **** ton for your ****** service and I'd be willing to watch your ****** ads but you won't let me? #NHL
