    2) line. My mother has now been without a phone all morning. My mom is a wreck worrying that she won’t be able to collect my fathers belongings. @Bell you have a 68 year old widow worrying about a stupid phone line while she is dealing with the loss of my father.

    @Bell 1)You cut my moms home line while she’s planning my fathers funeral. She needs to talk to hospitals and funeral homes to arrange pick up of my fathers belonging. We spoke to #bell twice and you guaranteed her service would not be interrupted while they add her additional

    @karensd @Bell One of my happiest days was informing Bell I was cancelling my service. When they called me days later to offer me a deal to stay I said one of my representatives would be with them shortly and hung up :)

    @Bell hey bell is there anyway i can get a deal on one of your fibe plans and hears why im asking so in the middle of summer a squrirrl bitt off or chewed off most of the internet lines or power lines to my building so we had no internet for a month and they said they would not fix it

    @Bell Gave you guys another shot, 3+ more tickets open, escalated to level 2 support, more promises of phone calls from level 2 support in 2-4 hours, problem will be fixed in 24 hours. Well nothing, Still no business line working. CRTC and lawyers calls tomorrow #BELLSUCKS
