    @Bell_Support Phone line is still down. Approaching 24 hours since we submitted ticket. 7 calls later to @bell_support and still nothing.

    @bell Hey Bell Canada. My mother recently passed away. Why do you need me to provide you with proof of power of attorney just to cancel her account? We wanted to keep the account but under a different name. No other utilities company asked for this. We have now moved to Rogers!
