Any former #Bell users out there who switched to @TekSavvyBuzz #TekSavvy ? Considering making the switch and concerned that internet service won't be as reliable, but tired of being ripped off month after month by @Bell #consumer

  • AaronRamharak AaronRamharak (@AaronRamharak) reported

@bell_support told me to wait it out? Wait another month, send back the phone before fixing the issue and now when I want to cancel I’m being penalized for negligence on their end and told that if I can I’ll have to pay for the phone. A phone I have yet to hold in my own hands?

  • andrewsmale Andrew Smale (@andrewsmale) reported

Apparently its impossible to my esim from my old iphone to the new one... @bell the customer experience has been a joke. Moving to Telus...

@Bell are you guys having problems with the internet? We have had to reset our router several times this week and right now we can only get a connection for a few minutes before it goes down again. 😖 #WorkFromHome

  • joe_hadrin Joe Hadrin (@joe_hadrin) reported

@Wiiggles_ Im thinking the only stuff that matters to @bell_support is getting money. Does customer service come into it? NO. At this point I dont believe they will ever prove my above statement wrong. Bell = $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ and zero customer support.

  • Humanitaires humanitaires (@Humanitaires) reported

@the_wilhelmina @Bell They still have the worst customer service ever. They also use any avenue to take more money out of my pockets during covid. Bad leadership...

  • qPRIMEp Phaton Davis (@qPRIMEp) reported

@Bell_Support Care to explain why it is taking 2 hours to get in on the phone, and when I do you hang up. Do your job and answer phones.

  • seamusdeg39 Seamus Degrandpre (@seamusdeg39) reported

God help us fools who use #Bell #BellCanada #Bellinternet services @Bell_Support @Bell - this company has no issue with screwing over it's customers. Their "loyalty" department makes it quite clear that loyalty is a one way street
