@Bell_Support Hello thank you for getting in touch. Internet came back late that evening.I did report to Customer service on day of outage. Looks like power just went out for a few minutes now (May 16th @ 1:38pm) so no tv at moment.

@Dgw4806 @brittlestar @Bell_Support We no longer have a land line and don’t regret ridding ourselves of Bell. Does it cost us more for internet, maybe, but it is worth it not to have to deal with Bells horrible customer service. There are ways to get rid of Bell.

@brittlestar @Bell_Support I still have a landline, but all it does is collected 'missed call' messages. It DOES work when there's a power outage, so there's that.

@Bell quit telling people how good you are. Your service sucks. No wonder #BellLetsTalk became a thing dealing with you as a provider makes me want to kill myself

@brittlestar @Bell_Support What your really saying is that Bell won’t fix it because it IS a landline.

@brittlestar @Bell_Support This is a huge problem for BellMTS customers in MB - the poor customer service, hopefully not the landline ridicule - people had to get the CRTC involved to get Bell engaged. 😠

@brittlestar @Bell_Support The problem isn’t that you still have a landline(I still have one), It’s that you overpay for it by having it with Bell, is why I’ll make fun of you!
