@Bell_Support That's a joke, I have been on the phone almost every day with you guys for upwards or hours a day and still my business line says "This number is not in service" and no one can tell me why or fix it. How much lost business will you be paying me for?

@CBC @CBCNews I hope they’ll be able to provide service to places that @Bell_Support can’t. Far flung outposts like the Piperville neighbourhood of Ottawa, where we pay triple rates for limited, intermittent service.

@Nilan3073 @Bell_Support Bell sucks they gave me these and it made it worse. The guy asked how many adults live at home. I said two. So then he was like “so you have about 4 devices right?” Its 2020. My SCALE connects to wifi. No, we have like 25 devices...............

@Bell @Bell_Support I made the biggest mistake of my life when I switched carriers from Koodo to Bell. Bell's customer service is a 0 compared to Koodos. I swear they have a combined IQ of 50. I have taken to recording every conversation bc they lie & don't make notes so trying

@CBCNews @thomasdaigle I have @Bell_Support as a provider. I pay triple the price for internet for 3G at 20% signal strength. #Bell had been promising better service for years. I welcome any competition, it couldn’t possibly be worse or more expensive.
