  @Carol_Foote @Rogers @Bell I left too. Terrible service. I had everything with them, including cell phone. Then there was no service for over a day (repairs). Was in a panic because everything was down. Couldn’t get in touch with my daughter in the US.

  @Bell I attempted to upgrade my wireless home internet package and your customer service team CANCELS my existing plan;now it will take 8 days for a tech to replace a modem that already works-all because you can't reactive my old plan.Seriously, how can you be so incompetent!

  Bell Internet down from June 26 and restored modem replaced. Now Wi-Fi pods have not worked, despite being replaced 3 times. spent 10–15 hours phone with support and requested an in-home technician. @Bell_Support threatened with a $75 charge for a service visit #shame @Bell

  @Bell your wires fell and are dangling at a precarious height and place(my neighbours house where his daughters playhouse is, and my yard). Your customer service hung up on me immediately because I am not a customer, but these are your wires to your products. What gives? #bell
