Gingytrue (@truegingy) reported@Bell_Support Fibe TV app works on computers! Why not the TVs and the rest?? Do I need a technician to visit once Bell figures up the problem? Is it all the street digging in Toronto that cut the fibre cable somewhere?? 🙈

Garry Spence (@GarryDS) reported@Bell_Support Fibe stops working - you do a receiver reboot, you try the virtual repair tool, chat, reboot whole system. Finally use DownDetector app to see service is out all over Ontario and Quebec - a simple notification to subscribers would have saved a lot of frustration - just saying😜
